Lovely Hotel clean well maintained and good service

Lovely Hotel clean, well maintained and good service. Nice size pool plenty of space around it. Situated in a quiet area of the resort next to the mountains with lovely gardens with fruit and olive tress. The breakfast and evening buffets were both very good with a variety of nice fresh food. The room were spacious with plenty of storage for cloths. Staff very friendly and helpful

This was the first time back to his hotel in 7 years & it was nice to see that not much has changed. Our room was cleaned every day with clean sheets & fresh towels. The staff are all ok if you make an effort with them. Yes the prices have gone up a bit for beer & food but to be honest its like that everywhere. Yes the pool was murky for a few days but they got it sorted in the end. It would be nice to be able to get wifi in the rooms. We like coming to this hotel because it is quiet its not really suitable for children as there isn't much for them to do. We will definitely be going back again next year.

Me and my husband were on this hotel for 3 nights. They gave us a room on the ground floor.Below items to be considered when booking this hotel: 1- you have to pay extra money for safe box( 4 $ per night) 2- pool water was really dirty and blurry 3-There was spiders on room. We have killed about 4 spider during our presence although we were not at the room from morning till evening. 4- breakfast was not bad but the taste of coffee was terrible. There were several type of cheese, and boiled egg and you can order omelette to the chef. 5- we have got half board reservation which means dinner is included. The dinner was awful. For example There were 2 choices, chicken wings and musakka with salads and was not satisfying at all. So we went out and eat sandwiches. 6-housekeeping’s just put shampoo in the toilets and there was no conditioner or even solid soup on the room. Just a liquid soup were put on the table for hand washing. 7-housekeepers did not even put water daily in the room. We asked for water they said you have to buy. This is not expected from a 4 star hotel. 8- refrigerator was like a cabinet, it doesn’t make anything cold. 9- the hotel has a good location, near to the beach

Just returned from a day 10 night stay at the Mavruka hotel. First impression of the hotel was that it was a bit dated in its decor, but clean and tidy. The staff spoke limited english, but were quite pleasant. We were shown to our room, which was on the ground floor, room 103. The room had a limited view of the mountain due to a wall and olive trees. The room and bathroom looked clean. The bed sheets and towels were not very good, with holes in the sheets, and the towels old and ripped. Over the course of our stay, the maid made minimal effort to clean the room, and the sheets i don't think were changed, which was a surprise after talking to other guest, who had said that they had clean sheets daily, fluffy towels every day. The beds in our room were very firm and uncomfortable to sleep on, resulting in the pair of us sleeping on the pull out sofa bed. Pool side looked pleasant with plenty of sunbeds, but they were never cleaned. The pool for the first few days looked a bit cloudy. The breakfast was typical for Turkey, so we ate out. Drinks around the pool were pricey, as were the drinks in the town. They are definitely clawing back lost money. 100tl for a beer, thats around a fiver and a fanta 30tl, £1.50. Never stayed and ate at the hotel. Wifi is poor. You don't get it in the room, only in reception and by the pool. Would i go back, only if they could guarantee a better room, and softer bed and a better maid service.

My husband and I just got back from a 10 day stay at this resort and hotel. We arrived late in the evening reception was quick you have to pay an extra 3.00 per day for a safe and a fridge. The rooms were very basic but big enough and we're clean and they were cleaned and towels changed everyday air con was good. We have stayed in some beautiful hotels around the world and these rooms as I said are basic but when you think about it you sleep in there for a few hours a night. We decided to have half board as it was very cheap at just 47.00 per person for the 10 nights. Too be honest all the food we had was very nice its not all inclusive so if you want that type of good you will be disappointed!! Breakfast was numerous salads meats cheese and bread with cereal jam marmalade etc and an omelette station and boiled eggs coffee and tea but no sausage or bacon we didn't mind we managed to find something we liked evert day. Dinner was a soup starter which was always very tasty then plenty of really good salads and usually a choice of two main courses with a choice of rice or potato.it was all very tasty and the chef was a really happy nice chap. The staff around the bar and dinning room were very nice and the guy that runs the trips at the front of the hotel was a lovely helpful chap. The location of the hotel is great a short walk to main beach and a short walk to all the nightlife and there is plenty of that on offer. We got a free bus to Billy's beach at the blue lagoon you pay a small price to get in then your sunbeds are free for the day and sea is calm and beautiful great if you are not a good swimmer like me. We would def go back to the resort and the hotel . The pool area was great plenty of sunbeds and lovely pool. I personally don't think this hotel is suited to children the children's pool is very tiny and I think our kids would have been bored with the food and the facilities but most people we met had been going back here year after year and I think we may join them lol
