Super nice hotel. We stayed in a classic room which was a bit small but tastefully decorated. Small kettle in the room with several tea options was a nice touch. The room window has a wooden door that when closing it, it totally blocks the light from outside. I loved it! The view from our room was of green hills and a small field of olive trees. So beautiful and so peaceful! The room, the bathroom and the all hotel area were spotless clean. I have stayed in hotels were sometimes the room is a bit dusty or the bathroom’s utensils are with spots, but in Villa Neroli it was totally the opposite, their cleaning standard were higher than usual. My only advice for improvement for the hotel is to fill the room with more bathroom supplies like body lotion, shower cap and soft tissue. There weren’t any of them and I needed to go to reception and ask for supply. Breakfast- really liked everything that was offered. All products were fresh and of high quality. The bread, the coffee, the amazing fruit salad, the yogurts and everything else were very good. There was even a corner with carrots, pineapple and ginger to prepare fresh juice and a self service pancake machine. Location- the hotel isn’t located in the center of Florence but it is about a 10-15 minutes drive from the center. Since I came with my car it was perfect for me. The hotel has an outdoor free parking, which was extremely convenient . The neighborhood o the hotel is a residential one. It doesn’t have the lively atmosphere of Florence center, but I didn’t mind about it and suited me perfectly. Last but no least I want to note highly the lovely staff of the reception. What a team! Always polite, helpful and genuinely nice. I liked them a lot. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant and memorable.

Great hotel ! Get out of buzzling Florence and experience this refuge

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in September 2022 and it was great ! First we had a hotel booked in the city center but I accidentally booked the wrong year. How lucky was that ! The city was so crowded I would not have wanted to stay there at night also. In addition the hotel prices were crazy expensive ! Because we had a rental car the distance to the city is not a problem. The hotel rooms are great and everything was new and clean . Experience Italian Hotels and you know what I mean ! Normally you have bad and overpriced hotels in Italy in general. This one you will enjoy for sure. Also try the restaurant ! They have great food Overall I can recommend this hotel 100 % if you have a rental car . In addition I want to thank the Management to send me an item I forgot in the hotel room. The service was absolutely great !

Nice place but not enough parking

I checked in on Sep. 2022 and everything seemed fine, until I left the property and came back. There are not enough parking for all the rooms and if you come back after 7pm the hotel will ask you to find parking on random streets. BTW, you should know that finding parking on streets of Florence is daunting task! Also, the safety of your car/rental car will be at risk too. The hotel reps are very combative and impolite. If I knew this ahead of time, I would never book this place! P.S. I called Expedia and they are NOT any help at all and this is after over $15,000 worth different booking that I have had with them on this trip alone!!! So I would NEVER Book through Expedia in the future. Hope this help.

Clean comfortable stay on city outskirts

We enjoyed our one night stay at Villa Neroli after a long journey from the USA. The clean and quant hotel is located outside of the city center and offers many modern amenities. We dined at a nearby restaurant - Enoteca Il Grappolo which we highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic, Tuscan experience (short 6 min walk from hotel) and enjoyed morning coffee at a nearby Pasticceria - Cesare (4 euro for 2 Americanos). Our taxi from Florence airport was $40 euros and our taxi into the city center was $20 (hotel goers do have the option to take the bus from the hotel into the city center as an alternative). For those comfortable being on the outskirts of the city, this is a great option with onsite dining, large spacious rooms with complementary in room water and nespresso coffee.

Charming stay in Florence

We absolutely enjoyed our time in Florence. Villa Nerolli is a very nice, cozy hotel. The rooms are excellent ( high ceilings, comfortable, clean and modern). The breakfast was very nice. The dinner was tasty but without a great variety of dishes to choose in the menu.
