I had business in Grass Valley and decided to stay somewhere close for the night. I chose this hotel because I have always enjoyed Staybridge Suites. The hotel was clean, quiet and made for an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended. I will return.

nice hotel but horrible internet

The hotel is well situated and the staff is friendly. Having said that, the internet service is so horrible I could never come back. During a 3-day stay, I never had internet for more than 20 minutes at a time. I called the desk. After taking a very long time to answer, they transferred me to the service provider. After many holds totaling over half an hour, I got nowhere. If you need to work during your stay, look elsewhere.

The Staybridge Hotel is one of the nicest extended stay hotels I have experienced. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful, the warm meals served for breakfast are good, the hotel is clean, and the proximity to so many amenities makes this a great extended stay location. The king-sized rooms are spacious and the furniture is comfortable. I liked the proximity to restaurants and shopping in the area, which makes this location ideal for extended stay.

This hotel was nice and seemed very clean and welcoming. Only thing I have against it is the air system was hard to control! My room would be insanely cold and then insanely hot and all I did was raise the temperature by 2, so it was odd. But, it was still a good experience overall.

Exceptional hotel. Great location, near restaurants and shopping. Hotel has outstanding customer service. Wonderful breakfast. Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and modern. Prices are reasonable and worth it. Front desk is extremely helpful and everyone is so nice.
