In the time of Covid 19 it has been a challenge for guests and staff to function. That said, the Restaurant was closed, and coupons for breakfast seemed like a good idea but finishing by 9 am was a little ridiculous 10 am or 11 am would make more sense. We booked a pool time for Monday so our grandson could come visit and play in the pool. I booked our pool time on Sunday night and they and nothing was said about restricted availability. Staff contacted us at 11 am Monday, to advise us the pool would be closed for maintenance. We are experiencing a heat wave and really looked forward to beating the heat and watching the grandson have some fun. You need to book an appointment to get your room cleaned which makes sense if you only stay for a night or two but our stay was 4 nights, we ran out of coffee and our garbages filled up and we could have used a refresh on towels. Our key cards didn't
work one afternoon so we had to get them re programmed. Seemed like we were down at the front desk all the time to get one thing or another. In short, all the amenities we've come to expect from a better class of lodging has sadly disappeared like meals on flights...you still pay the same or more and get less and less all the time. As a whole, just a disappointing experience and they won't get my business again

Nice rooms, clean environment, friendly staff, great price. Nice view from our room. Complete amenities, towels smells good and fresh. Only one downfall, no bathtub in family suite but not a big deal. Highly recommended to family and friends.

The hotel was adequate but the room lacked necessities such as sufficient toilet paper. We phoned down for extra rolls, water glasses and an ice bucket. The king sized bed had only three small square pillows for two people. Front desk staff were helpful. The meals served at the restaurant (grab and go) for dinner were expensive for what you received. The breakfast, which was complimentary, was much better.

I really loved everything about the hotel except they restricted the AC so it won't turn on at all after a certain temperature, even if the room is still sweltering hot. For that reason we got the worst sleep and unfortunately won't be staying here again. Staff were really nice.

I ordinarily like the Radisson, but was very disappointed this time. While I understand the pool and hot tub being closed, the restaurant was also closed and you could not get food. The only option was breakfast, which was a disaster.
For $10 extra (should be included given that all other amenities are closed), you can get cold scrambled eggs and hash browns in a plastic tray that you have to heat up in the microwave in your room. Of course, none of this was mentioned when they sell you the breakfast ticket...Sad to say I'll have to think twice before coming back.
