Don’t stay here. Bathroom sink in the bedroom, poor service, no daily cleaning, horrendous breakfast

Worst place I ever stayed. The service bu everyone at the desk is horrible. There is no sink in the bathroom, the sink is in front of your bed. There is absolutely no daily cleaning and you have to ask for towels. The breakfast is grotesque, tasted horrible. I had the worst experience. Not cheap to stay here. Most people are staying her for extended stay…Not good at all

We intended to stay three nights, but left the first morning. The staff was friendly, but our room was very dirty. The 1980s cabinets in the kitchen had been painted in an attempt to update them, but the paint job was poorly done, and when I used disinfecting wipes on them, the wipes collected a lot of dirt. This was also true of every surface on which I used them. The fabric on the sofa was extremely dirty and when I turned the cushions over in an attempt to find a clean side, they were even worse. The new quartz counters in the kitchen and bathroom were very nice, but installing a rusty sink with no stopper in that bathroom counter definitely ruined the effect. The tub was rusty, too, as was the dirty top of the refrigerator. The paper-thin walls meant we could hear our neighbors' conversations, and the phone in the room did not work. The exit door at the end of the hall did not latch properly, meaning that anyone could walk into the building at any time. We were very glad to leave as soon as possible.

It has been a week since I got home, and my suitcase, shoes, and other things that cannot go thru a washing machine still reek of mildew. Then: Every single morning for the coffee service (it was grab and go due to pandemic, which is understandable) they were either out of cups, coffee, milk, or water. When I asked for cups, the guy came back with 4, as if they were rationing. I asked exactly that and he said supplies weren't getting there on time. (There is a Publix not 100 yds away that has cups, etc, why not buy some??) No one had a nametag or hotel shirt, so you had no idea who worked there and who didn't, which I only bring up since all these people were going in and out of the "employees only" door, some in bathing suits, next to the front desk. Including a young kid, so it was very clear that these people weren't guests OR on duty. Then there was the employee who was walking around the hall with a beer (at 11 in the morning. Perhaps he was off duty, but still.) I only know he worked there because his room was across from mine and when he saw my kids weren't opening our door right away, he offered to swipe his card. Well, that was nice of him but it's mighty creepy to know that the guy directly across the hall from me has a master key to my room. The room was clean "enough" but everything was so shabby and in need of replacement. The room's arm chair was so disgustingly filthy and vile, it literally had chunks missing. (I have pix.) Incidentally, they were renovating the other half of the hotel, so that explains a lot. However, these rooms were barely fit for renting, esp. at the same rate as any other nearby hotel. The side "security door" had no lock, ie, it was open to anyone 24/7. I asked the unhappy/never smiling woman at the desk about it and she said that in the 2 years she's been working there, it has always been broken. Nice! The A/C in my kids' room was leaking, and even after I told them there was a 6 foot wide puddle in the room (no exaggeration) it took 36 hours to be fixed. (After I asked a 2nd time.) I understand staff shortages, upcoming renovation, holidays, etc, but when I needed something basic, I literally walked around the hotel for 15 minutes looking for someone, anyone. There was no one at the desk the entire time, and no note, nothing. There were 3 other guests looking around, waiting, as well. When I called the front desk, nothing. Who knows how long they were gone-- I gave up. I saved the best for last: Bedbugs. Every morning, I woke up with tiny bites, and itching like crazy. NOT mosquito bites. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Management should be ashamed of themselves, the whole place should be razed and employees need to be re-trained.
Room got canceled on the spot on NYE

It was New Years night. When we arrived the reception told us that there is a mistake and that they couldn’t give us a room because they were full. We paid everything through Priceline and when we arrived we were standing there with our luggage and no room. ON NEW YEARS EVE! When i asked the reception for any way of compensatision (because we had to find a different hotel in the area with only high prices), he told me laughing: “Ah, no we don’t do that, just check online for another hotel, you will find something for sure for the same price as you paid for this.” I am SO upset! This happend do guests that arrived before us too. Same problem. And now we can try to get our money back from Priceline. Wich is not that easy as they said it would be! Don’t even go here. Don’t waste your money on this terrible service.
Don't book with them, sleep in your car if you have to.

The staff weren't friendly, the place and room were dirty. It is obviously a "welfare motel". School bus picking up and dropping off kids, pets allowed but 6 running lose all the time in the sitting area and the pool area, doing their business anywhere.
