Hotel típico americano, dois andares tres blocos com jardim interno, estacionamento um pouco pequeno, de frente para praia, piscina pequena para o tamanho do hotel. Quartos renovados e confortaveis. Porem ar condicionaddo antigo e TVs falhando.
Hotel maravilhoso, confortável e bem localizado. Voltaria muuuitas vezes para esse hotel. Fui com criança e a estrutura foi adequada. Muito bom. Ficamos hospedados no 6 andar e foi silencioso e tranquilo.
Nice staff and location, average rooms
We stayed for 4 nights and had a nice time. Its a great location and the staff and Upper Deck staff were great. The rooms were average, nothing special, but adequate. Bathroom was good enough, and the walls were soundproof enough, that is a big thing for me. We never heard our neighbors.
The hotel is a little bit outdated, but beautiful beach and stellar service by Sara Lee
We had a fantastic experience. As an Marriott Ambassador Elite member, I go to lots of Marriott properties and the Four Points Destin really met my expectations. It is not a full service hotel, but for someone that wants to spend a few days relaxing on the beach and enjoy fantastic weather, I couldn't recommend this hotel more. Do not expect five star facilities, but service, location and beach quality make up for some of the outdated facilities. Special kudos to Sara Lee at the front desk. Very attentive to detail and made me feel at home since the moment I stepped into the hotel. Will come back.
In light of covid and the hotel’s stated commitment to taking extra precautions, we expected to arrive to a very clean room. Instead we discovered a bag full of trash in the kitchen cabinet, left over from the previous guest, which indicates the room was not thoroughly checked (or cleaned). It was also evident that the floors had not been vacuumed after the last guests left. When I picked my six-month-old son up off the floor (he had just learned to crawl and wanted to crawl everywhere) he came up with all kinds of hairs from all sorts of different body parts that didn’t belong to my family. We had just arrived so there was no way we could have been the one dropping those hairs. I’m fairly certain one of the hairs was pubic and another was an eyebrow or eyelash hair, and there were long hairs from a woman who clearly had different hair color than me, so I knew for sure it wasn’t mine. I was extremely grossed out and we had to practically beg a housekeeper to come into the room to vacuum for us. Would never stay here again.
