Nice quiet and clean hotel. Friendly staff at the front desk and restaurant. We had omelets for breakfast, they were very good. Shuttle on the weekends to take you to stockyards. Easy access to 35 or 820.
Great staff couldn't overcome all the negative.
When we stay at a Holiday Inn we have great expectations, this one was greatly disappointing. Variety of reasons. This hotel was infiltrated w/ the owner's cheapness, from the no-ply TP, light bulbs were horrible, it was SO DARK, charged ridiculous price for snacks, water, etc. Door key pad messed up entire 4 nights we stayed. Guest laundry was ridiculously priced per load, and machines jammed when taking quarters. Not enough staff in restaurant/bar making impossible for them to serve everyone. Luggage carts need to be trashed and replaced with new ones. Maintenance man and staff were exceptional. Owners should be ashamed of having such little regard for your guests. Never again will this place get our money!
Holiday Inn - N Fossil Creek SUCKS
Holliday Inn Fort Worth Fossil Creek 4635 Gemini Place Fort Worth , Texas will not honor a reservation for my nephew from Oklahoma at our family reunion!!! There was a problem with the date and they will not allow him to get a room today and he’s already paid for the room. They will not give him a refund either. So he paid for a hotel room he can’t stay in. Do not recommend anyone come to this place. Braden Skelton is the General Manager and was told by the main Holliday Inn Office he could change the reservation. His staff refuses to do so and will not help out at all. NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE. I NEVER WILL AGAIN 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I was very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. I did not use any of the facilities such as the pool etc nor did I eat at the restaurant so cannot rare those. But as far as the room and staff was concerned I give an excellent rating and would recommend staying here.
Nice rooms, but price jacked up
This is a nice hotel, friendly staff, clean, comfortable room, nice bathroom toiletries, and comfortable beds. Wi-Fi was reasonably fast and reliable. Breakfast was OK, but not exceptional. The complaint I have is with the jacked up price. We had to be in Ft. Worth for a meeting on Saturday and found out later there were several big events going on that weekend. The normal price for a room here is around $115 a night. We were charged $180, a $65 up charge for the same room we could have had on a different night. With taxes, it was $207 for a room that was good but by no means exceptional. I understand the concept of supply and demand, but I just think they took the old "make hay while the sun shines" a little too far. Lots of competition in the area so we will be staying somewhere else next time.
