The stay was short, but everyone was friendly and very helpful from valet to the front desk. I had1 little issue with my bill, but Carmen C. straightened it out. I will definitely be bringing my family back to this hotel.

Lovely hotel with pristine room, well-organized check-in process. Greatly appreciated the helpful, friendly front desk and valet staff members; however, booking was difficult and I had to make a couple of extra phone calls to get the reservation correct. The only significant drawback was the elevator waits -- three elevators, but the waits were lengthy at times.

Honestly I can’t say enough about this place!!! Carmen and her staff were amazing! The room amazing! Experience amazing! It was our wedding weekend and we had a lot things to stress about. This was not one. They really helped make it the best weekend of our lives. Thanks guys!

Spent our 25th anniversary at The Kimpton and from the moment we booked checked in and out it was perfect every step of the way! Carmen delivered champagne to our room and was such a thoughtful gesture! The room was clean and had everything and more that we needed! Might be out new go to anniversary get away!! Highly recommend!

Our room was on the 23rd floor and had great city views! The bed was very comfortable! They had extra pillows in our room when we arrived as we had specially requested. We always enjoy the wine/cocktail hours at Kimpton Hotels! The bar only had two of the food offerings, they were out of everything else. The Pinapple drink was ok, the crab and salmon dip was ok and the Manhattan drink was excellent! The bartender seemed pretty stressed and overwhelmed.
