Excelente serviço com pessoal gentil, boa localização proximo ao aeroporto, quartos limpos e aconchegantes, com pequena cozinha que é um diferencial (incluindo microondas e maquina de café Nespresso disponível no quarto).
Escape do aeroporto.
Localizado praticamente dentro do aeroporto FRA, o hotel tem uma ótima estrutura e excelentes quartos, confortável, com cozinha e banheiros muito bem decorados, otimo escape do aeroporto. Atendimento muito prestativo, detalhe para pagamento de estacionamento a parte.
Looks new but interiors are heavily soiled.
As this was by Westin I had high expectations. This did not live up to my expectations.Had I known I would have gone with Hampton by Hilton at a cheaper rate. The most important thing in a hotel is the attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness - I mean really spotlessly clean. The room I stayed failed far below these standards as it was actually very dirty. I though with COVID 19 , they would extra careful with cleanliness. The towels had marks on them, the bed linens covered in hair , pillow cases had spots which resembled blood.. It was really bad. I had to use my own towels to cover pillows to sleep..not good... I used the kitchen roll to dry myself. The walls seemed like they have been written on by a child all over, marks, stains who knows what... it is really bad. The dishwasher contained plates from the previous guest..not good. All in all I will not be staying here unless there is a drastic change. The staff were very nice, but this is not enough.--- I go to a hotel to sleep, if the bed is too dirty to lie then it is pointless.
Modern and good hotel....but without shuttle
Stay there during the confinement so services were quite little, even did not exist really, which is probably not the normal case. Difficult to find the entrance the first time you are coming with S-Banh as the area is under construction. Got a suite room and found it nice but acoustic not good enough as noisy. Staff was friendly, even gave me a very late check-out.

I was happy to find a hotel close to the airport and it was nice accommodations. I was just in for the one night. I arrived at about 7 am and had to leave for the airport at 6am the next morning. I am a Marriott rewards customer and called for assistance finding the right hotel. My main two criteria were asking for a hotel with FREE airport transportation and I always request a hotel that offers complementary breakfast. The Element was one of two Marriott properties in Frankfurt that was offered. The shuttle picked me up at the airport and transported me to the hotel no problem. Once at the at about 6 or 7 am the desk assistant advised me I would have to wait until after 12pm noon before a room would be available. Ok, that is kind of standard. She went on to tell me I could not enjoy the complementary breakfast because the hotel did not show me as checking in until after breakfast was over. I asked to take the shuttle back to the airport for food and for a possible chance to use the 1/4 of a day to see some of the city. She advised me the shuttle only brings you to the hotel free but you must pay $5 Euros so maybe $7 US dollars to get back to the airport. This was not what was advertised or explained when I called Bonvoy to select a room for the night. Once I returned to the hotel at 1:00pm my room was ready but I was very disappointed the staff would not allow me to eat while waiting and they were charging to return you to the airport. Fortunately I found the subway just a short walk behind the hotel and this was only $9 Euros for an all day unlimited ride pass. To add insult to the hotels injury the breakfast did not open the next morning until 6:30 am. I had to catch a 7am flight thus I had to leave before 6am. The two things I requested were gree shuttle and breakfast. This hotel made sure I did not get either and it was simply front desk staff discretion on if they would allow me to eat while waiting for my room or if they would allow the shuttle to take me to the airport. On both issues they selected to not be customer friendly which made this stay closer to a 1 star value than what could have been a 4 or possibly higher star stay for a guest. They should do better to accommodate on the small things and I can only imagine what they would do if you have a larger issue.
