Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this dump. The hotel is dirty. The breakfast area is filthy. The bathtub and sink in my room did not drain. The air conditioner and heater did not work in my room. The manager man is rude and disrespectful. And lastly, homeless people camp out in the parking lot by the dumpster.

We had a great stay at this Comfort Inn. It was so quiet and no doors slamming at 2am! Breakfast was good, love those waffles! I wish I would have got the brand on the soft pillows, they were the best sleeping pillows, ever! We feel, we get good value at this chain of hotels.

The room was adequate for the single night I stayed. The only issue I had is that the tv remote was filthy. It looked like 'many' guests had used it while they had food or dirt on their hands. The buttons were encrusted. I took the time to clean it with antiseptic wipes, cleaning around each button. So if you stay in Room 112, the remote is clean for now.

I really enjoyed the stay here the staff were really kind and accommodating, the rooms were nice and clean. The rooms are big beds are comfortable. I must stress how clean our rooms were. I do recommend this place. Thank you Comfort Inn Watsonville when I am in the area I will most definitely stay here again.

Friendly reception, great prices, clean room. Walking distance to stores and dinner. We would have liked more towels and there were no glasses (just styrofoam) if you wanted to open a bottle of wine and enjoy in the room. I ended up calling front desk to ask if the hotel had any glasses and the front desk said “no” but I could use their glasses if I returned them in the morning. I did, problem solved. We had a nice time and everyone was friendly.
