Fui passar o dia com a familia e adquiri o "Day Pass". Adoramos o local, principalmente a cor do mar bem verdinho com areia branca bem fininha. Maravilhoso!!! A piscina de borda infinita também permite fotos maravilhosas junto ao mar. Usamos o serviço de bar e restaurante. O buffet tinha poucas opções, assim como o bar na beira da piscina tanto para bebidas como aperitivos. Valeu pela vista.

Buffet fraco sem opções. Zero entretenimento. Pessoal e acomodações ótimos.Cafe da manhã fraco sem opções. Só há o SPA mas nenhum tipo de entretenimento. A noite tudo fecha às 22 HS. Praia linda, quartos.muito bons.

O hotel, mesmo após ter passado um furacão em 2016, esta COMO NOVO! Quartos amplos e com excelente vista, Staff ótimo e super prestativo! Custo benefício excelente! RECOMENDO! Área de piscina de padrão de hotel 5*!

We spent 2 weeks at this resort, Feb 25-Mar.11 and it did not disappoint. Upon arrival, everything was quick and we were off to our room. It was located on the ground, and it's a personal preference to be higher. Back to the front desk and we immediately got moved to 3rd floor. They were extremely accomodating with a lovely upgrade. The view overlooked the lagoon and it was lovely. We met so many great employees it's hard to remember all but Indie at the bar, Raynell, one of our servers, and Harvey in food management to name a few. The second week, I got a chest cold, and Harvey came by twice with hot lemon, honey and ginger. Totally not his job but greatly appreciated. Each day he made a point of visiting each table for a meet and greet and answer any questions. There was not a bad thing to say about each and every employee. The beach was magnificent, calm and entirely swimmable. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is I felt there was a need for more selection at lunch besides the wave and could use some evening entertainment. Having said that, they are working hard on improvements and things take time. We left feeling we made friends within the staff. Overall, what a great holiday and we hope to be back someday

A brunch at Portobellos you will enjoy and not forget

During our visit we enjoyed the Chapagna Buffet 3 weekend in a row and the last one on Mar. 12 was the best manly because of our server Stacey Bowes. Each buffet offered 10 star food slection. The view is incredile with palmtrees and the beautiful bech a few yards away. They are very generous with the refill of our drinks. All in all an experience we will never forget.
