Hotel de estilo tradicional, pequeno e com um atendimento muito bom. Café da manhã delicioso, com produtos locais e naturais, Realmente uma delícia, vale por uma refeição. Quarto grande, equipado com TV 20" (somente canais alemães), mesa, 2 cadeiras e guarda-roupa amplo. Banheiro com boa ducha, e água quente o tempo todo. Apesar de estar ao lado da rua, não é barulhento. Possui uma sala fitness que acaba de ser inaugurada, com aparelho de musculação, bicicleta ergométrica e esteira. Pequeno, mas suficiente para queimar algumas calorias. O restaurante não abre no domingo. Mas estão sempre à disposição para te agradar, se precisar de algo simples como um café por exemplo. Permanentemente você pode degustar o delicioso suco de maçã e frutas, ao lado da recepção. A internet é boa, te entregam um recibo para uso na recepção. Localização excelente, você está a poucos passos de boas lojas, restaurantes e do centro comercial de Freiburg. Extremamente limpo e organizado. Dispõe ainda de massagem (sob reserva) e uma biblioteca. Vale a pena. Confira.

Bom hotel, localizado próximo as principais atrações e funcionários simpáticos. Chegamos de carro, sem a opção de reservar vaga no estacionamento e não tinha vaga. Estacionamos na rua, de graça até as 09:00 da manhã.

RUDE STAFF and Bad management. Never again

Unbelievable behaviour. RUDE STAFF, but unbelievably RUDE. The first day, the desklady wanted to send us to the most expensive parking and, as well unbelievably, she did not know where It was, even if the cheapest option was in the Next street. They don't clean the rooms. They give you a voucher and you have to decide between the cleening and a drink at the bar. A 3 star hotel at 100€ per night and they don't automatically clean. The people at the desk Talk to you in a very rude manner. We cannot say that any of them was nice to us. None of them. They even Talk to you in German even though it's pretty obvious we don't. We had a problem Booking the dates, as we made a mistake and reserved the room for one less day than we thought. They did not even tried to reach out to us (they say they called and our phone number was wrong - can happen- but no emails neither Contact through the Booking app) and when we arrived to the hotel, again, a rude person in the desk told us that we had to pay the room and leave the hotel because It was full. Everything was unbelievable. We Will not return, even if the location was pretty good. I have never suffered such a bad behaved staff.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, but my girlfriend found the matrasses to be quite hard. I agreed but for me it was okay. Other than that, the room was nice. Breakfast buffet was average. To be honest, the coffee was terrible both mornings.

Low value, overpriced

Usually, we use Airbnb and avoid traditional hotels and this is the perfect example why. We had to book one day in advance on short notice and the price was roughly 150 euro excluding parking, breakfast or air conditioning. Parking cannot be reserved, but is first come, first serve. Apparently good for those who check in prior to 6pm, bad for us. The hotel could use some modernization, the style is quite old, outdated decoration and presentation. The staff at the reception was quite nice. We threw our stuff in the room and went out for dinner. We came back around 11pm and just wanted to sleep. Lucky us, the fan did not work properly but did horrible noises. And we found hairs on our bed. We complained the next morning during check out. By the way the two other guests checking out complained about different stuff as well. For us, no sorry from the staff, only a complaint that we did not complain immediately - yeah, at 11 pm and we were able to remove the hairs ourselves. Thanks, also for saying sorry. Overall, not worth the value and for sure they will never see us again.
