O hotel é muito agradável, bom serviço, seguro, e os funcionários muito simpáticos sempre prontos a nos auxiliar quando necessitamos. Precisei de um pente, pois tinha esquecido, e arranjaram logo, assim como um adaptador da tomada elétrica. Sempre que me deslocar a Kisumu, será o escolhido!

My family and I stayed at the Best Western over the 24th to the 27th of December 2022. I must say the rooms are very modern, and spacious, with clean linen and basically everything one would need in the room. The breakfast buffet is quite nutritious with a wide variety to choose from. The staff are very helpful right from the reception to the housekeeping and room service restaurant! We enjoyed the parking space that is equally very safe. It was Christmas period and there was a band to entertain the guests. Hopefully the county government can improve the road leading into the City center from the hotel.

Not a Real a Best Western in Kisumu!

Stayed here in Oct 2022, thinking its a real Best Western Hotel chain but its not or at least the Best Western people are not aware of the Standards of this Hotel. Food is poor and breakfast is bad. Please avoid if you expect Best Western Chain Standards. But one positive aspect is the staff who are helpful and trying to do the best they can with the limited resources they have.

It was a nice experience being in your hotel, your services were very good and I liked how you received us and handled us throughout the visit, it was one of the warmest visits.....Thank you Your location is one of the best and highly recommended, I enjoyed your internet services because they were always available and I was also impressed by your back up system that you did not depend on electricity alone, you also provided us personal items that made our stay more comfortable and sustainable, I also liked the fact that you could make calls in the rooms to enlight us on certain issues and kept on checking on us if we needed anything

The rooms are excellent and very clean with hot water and an amazing view, the staff, house keepers and their waiters professionalism was amazing. I would recommend to my friends and colleagues. Get amazing experience when you visit Kisumu City.
