Disgusting Casino.

I went here to see how the arrangements were to meet COVID 19 expectations. It was horrendous to say the least. The video slot area was disgustingly dirty. Ashes everywhere. In the 3+ hours that I was there, the area was not cleaned or sanitized-not even once. To get into the casino, a photo ID was required. I'm way over 21. Then, one has to sanitize his/her hands before entering. Then, temperature was taken (good one). With that said, masks were not required so customers could hack and cough all over the slots. It was disgustingly disturbing this whole event. I will not be returning there until the casino cleans up its act (literally). I do not recommend patronizing this casino. 4Winds Casino does a much better job.

Smoke-Filled, Few Variety

This casino is two boats; one boat has three levels of gaming and the second boat has one level of gaming. Smoking is allowed and there are free beverage stations although there are no longer that many. The casino wants you to spend money and we have noticed that they have downsized the areas with the 1, 2 and 5 cent games and expanded the gaming areas of 25 cents and above. As expected there were some games that were not working. They seem to only have one game of each type. For instance, I love Wolf Run and there is usually three of them but now there is only one. Additionally, all the rooms smelled entirely of smoke and the one boat had a thick smoke air to it. It was a fun experience but if you don’t like smoke and want better diversity, I recommend Horseshoe or Joliet’s casinos.

buffet is worse than cafeteria food
Avaliou em 29 de fevereiro de 2020
On 2/15 we went to the Harborview buffet to get a dinner we thought comes as advertised as containing savory Steak. What a disappointment. Beyond the whole buffet being just cafeteria food very overpriced, the steak was actually wrongly advertised as you were tricked into thinking they might be cooked on the grill to your liking. But no, they were pre cooked, dry, rubbery thin slices of meat swimming in water. Nothing in common with a thick, medium rare piece of nice meat. This buffet is a shame for casino buffets all over and the price of 33 bucks certainly not worth it.

I want to ask why a Bottle of Miller Lite beer cost $3 on the south boat, but $4 on the north boat. When you question the bartenders or waitresses, they can’t explain it. We enjoy going, but I like the machines best that are on the $4 a beer boat. I end up going back and forth to save a buck.
