improved and renovated

I stayed here for a night for a quick business trip to Gensan to visit a supplier and i was pleasantly surprised They have renovated their property including the rooms. It's now more colorful. The last time I stayed here there were a lot of constructions going on. Wifi is now reliable. Everything went smoothly from check-in, breakfast to check-out and I have nothing to complain about. No weird stupid rules just a chill relaxed hotel.

I stayed in this hotel just recently., for one night. I called up the F. O for an extra pillow but they want me to call directly the housekeeping instead of them connecting me to the housekeeping. Like helloooooo! Dont you have an intercom at all? Second is they charge you for an extra pillow, for other hotels here in gensan they dont. They charge you for 30 pesos here in dolores hotel. Second doors needs an upgradeeeeeeee!!!!!!!

I am happy with my family & friends for the great experience in the Alta Veranda Restaurant! This place is huge, with the overlooking view of the city night life and the panoramic view of Sarangani bay. It is easiest to catch, located beside the public market and 5 minutes walk to SM mall gensan. Acountic Serenade with local artist with unlimited barbeque and grill all you can is the best way to celebrates special occasion with best people. I much preferred this hotel amenity (restaurant) to celebrate with my love one because of the food option that they offered the quality and the TASTE. Our dine went so fantastic, affordable pa!

We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 5 nights. We were satisfied with their rooms, service and location. Front desk staffs were very welcoming and courteous. Roczil and Karen were exceptionally nice and accommodating. Rooms are newly renovated and clean. Beside the hotel is a small grocery store, a beauty parlour ; and public tricycles are aplenty. Another plus point was the free breakfast (5 different sets to choose from) and complimentary airport transfers.

Old and noisy

Old and a little bit run down. The bathrooms are newly renovated though and looks brand new but ONLY the bathroom - the rest of the room is reeking of age. The deal breaker for me was the noise coming from the band or karaoke from the restaurant on the 5th floor every night. My room was on the 4th floor and i could hear every single lyrics of the songs sung by the band. That was just horrifying for me as I can't sleep at all. The housekeeping staff were also very noisy with their pushing of their trolleys in the hallway.
