Many many steps to get up to the house from the parking lot then you have to walk around to the front. Finally you can enter with a code. To get up to rooms on top floor, go up 2 flights of stairs. Upon entering the room was stuffy and air conditioning was not available since it is only heat or air. But this could not be remedied due to the windows which are understandably old and were painted shut from what I experienced. After all that, unfortunately, in the middle of the night ~3 am the smoke alarm starts to chirp wanting a new battery. The bathroom was very clean. So we had a hard time actually sleeping which is the entire point.

Fun trip. Convenient location and parking. But be ready for a lot of steps.

No longer a B&B. Few places to eat breakfast in Gettysburg. Very well located. Nice cookies and coffee/tea bar. Rooms are named after states who fought in the Battle. Communication was a problem because there is no phone at the inn. We had a comfortable stay. Plenty of games , puzzles etc.

My niece and I came for a girls weekend. The inn was absolutely beautiful, very clean and the service was fantastic! We will definitely be returning later this year and hope to try out breakfast the next time.

“THERE IS NO ONE ON SITE”” We were given the wrong key code to get in. Two hours to reach a solution on a cold March day. NOT HAPPY. Same for couple #2 who left and came back after lunch. We discovered both us couples had been given the key code for the adjacent house. Once inside there we found a contact phone # and received the correct #’s. The rental company was no help AT ALL. Bring your own soap; what was there was awful, disinfectant smelling.

Excellent stay, with a great breakfast in the morning! Nice and quiet at night, with no disturbances. Easy access. Room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. Everything was furnished nicely. Very much would recommend!
