I was shocked at the lack of care given to guests who would be using the self check in service. On reaching my room in the dark it was practically impossible to see where or how to use my key card to switch the lights on. When I finally found the slot, the strange system for light switches meant that no matter what combination of buttons I pressed all around the room, I could only ever get two out of five lights to work. I had to get ready in the morning in semi darkness. No milk in the rooms for coffee. Cereal supplies downstairs, but again, no milk. The place looks great, the bed was comfortable but without basics like working lights and useable refreshments it added up to a frustrating stay.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Very peaceful and decor was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighbourhood and not far from tourist attractions. Pleasant stroll into the market place. Lots of places to eat. Parking is a little restricted if you have a larger car.

Very nice boutique hotel in the Patershol area in the old town of Ghent. Large, luxurious room. We booked the ‘your suite escape’ formula, with complete exclusive room service for dinner as well as for breakfast. Safe and corona proof. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Top experience!

Sehr schönes Hotel. Schönes Designzimmer. Bequemes Bett. Sauber. Die Handtücher wurden immer ersetzt. Dass kein Frühstück dabei ist, steht in der Beschreibung auch wenn es Yoghurt, Kaffee , Obst und Müsli gibt. Im Zimmer ist ein Wasserkocher mit Tee.

Kein Frühstück ! Das „ersatzfrühstück“ mit nespressocorner ist mit holzbesteck und tütenzwieback unter aller kanone Kein Empfang! Nur unpersönlicher digitaler Zugang Tassen und Gläser wurden nicht gewechselt Handtücher am Boden wurden nicht gewechselt Kein Schrank keine Ablage für Kleidung Nur design und schöne Sprüche reichen für 200Euro die Nacht leider für ein Boutique Hotel mit 10 Zimmern nicht aus Anspruch und Wirklichkeit klaffen weit auseinander Buchung wurde falsch zugeordnet, mussten intern umziehen
