What a nice place to stay. They have free parking. A dog park across the street, another one ~2 miles away. Plus they ground level restaurant is dog friendly and every has a pup night on Thursdays! The bathrooms are stocked with Dry Bar products. For the price and location it is a great find! The staff was also very professional and happy to assist. One of my pups was thrilled!

There was a live music even going on when we arrived, giving the whole lobby a very lively and Latin flavor! The room was clean and spacious and they honored my husband's military discount. The bed was super comfy and the air conditioner worked well. The shower pressure was top notch and our room did not lack any soap, shampoo or bottle water. Parking is free and there is a little dog park across the street yet a massive one about half a mile away. The location could not be more idea with so many shops within the multi-use development area. We were offered free coffee in the morning and will continue to patronize this location.

We checked in about 2:15pm. Room was extremely hot because air had been turned off despite it being in high 90's that day and previous week. We turned thermostat down and it cooled a bit. We left and returned around 9:45 pm. The room was like a sauna. Checked thermostat and it was 85 degrees. We tried calling check-in desk but got no answer so my husband went downstairs to the desk. He and the person on duty had to shout at each other in order to hear with all the chaos that was going on, because the check-in desk is next to the bar. It was salsa night or something like that so it was extremely crowded and extremely loud. He was told that the thermostat has to be set on 65 or it doesn't work at all. At no time were we told that at check in. It took a couple of hours before the room was at a reasonable temperature to be able to try to sleep. I called on Monday to speak with someone and was connected to a manager who basically was like"sorry, but we've been having trouble with our air conditioning system". I would have thought we would have been offered a discount at least.I called a second time to have an additional conversation and was supposed to be called back and never heard anything. I don't think I would stay here again. Also we are bonvoy members but was told we wouldn't get the points because it was booked online.

Nice Hotel, Convenient Parking, and Attached Bar

This hotel was nice and clean, with a newer attempt at style. The parking was free in a garage and connected right to the hotel - which was great in that very busy area. The adjoining bar was also appreciated, with nice bartenders. The room was quiet and comfortable, and not too expensive. A solid hotel.

“Towel-less” in short pump

The entire experience was awful, from the check in to the multiple nights we stayed there. At one point I thought we were in a Saturday night live skit with the meringue night going on literally outside our room. After a long night of soccer, There were no front desk people to be found. We called because our daughters needed showers and we ran out of towels. After calling the front desk with the background music of a Tijuana nightclub, we were told they ran out of towels? Who runs out of towels? Also the room was not cleaned from day to day and it felt like we were in a college dorm too Freshman year. Awful experience all around other than a cool location kind of.
