Hotel muito bem conservado, limpo, silencioso, com quartos grandes e situado na avenida mais movimentada da cidade. Excelente opção para quem, assim como nós, faz o trajeto entre São Francisco e Los Angeles. Mantém o padrão de excelência da rede Hampton/Hilton e por um preço bem menor que os concorrentes. Estacionamento amplo e gratuito.
Estávamos em viagem (De San Francisco para Los Angeles) e ficamos hospedados 2 noites neste hotel. MARAVILHOSO!!!! Quarto ENORME, café da manhã muito bom, excelente localização, atendimento impecável, tudo muito limpo! Perfeito!!!!! Certamente retornaremos!

Hotel com bom custo beneficio, quartos limpos e de bom tamanho, cama de boa qualidade, café da manhã incluso e com boa variedade de itens. Recomendo para quem pretende fazer viagem de carro pela Califórnia.
STRANGE & UNFRIENDLY
POOL - closed Fitness center - closed Lobby - 90% of the table/chairs were stacked upside down (looks a warehouse because the space was so so small). Understand that it helps with social distancing but this is ridiculous. My family (Me, husband and daughter) booked a one-night stay on 7/2/20 on the way back from Los Olivos for a quick family trip. I opted for a "contactless" experience with digital key and room selection on the website the day before. The application was very nice, very easy to use (A++ for technology). Arrived at the hotel late (after 8pm), waived to the front desk person (more about the receptionist area later) and I asked where the elevator direction and proceeded to level 3. Room #304 was expected but the application changed the assigned room to #306. Fine. It was never a guaranteed so no big deal. The room is as expected with 2 queen beds just like the online picture Here is where it went wrong. We washed hands and the bathroom has no soaps and toiletries. I proceeded to use the room phone and it did not work. I called the lobby with my cell phone and no one picks up. I went to the lobby and accidentally pushed 1R instead of 1 (for level one). It opened into a hot and dark laundry/linen wash area in the back of the building. I don't think guests should be able to access this area. So STRANGE. I pushed 1 again and the other side opens up the lobby. I was worried there for a second. .. I asked the front desk lady for toiletries and she handed me a plastic bag. She did not apologize or making nice by saying hello. Being a Diamond member, I decided to ask for my welcome my way benefit since I was there. The receptionist handed me 2 bottles of water (no snacks). I mentioned that the room phone did not work and if the hotel phone works because no one pickup The receptionist told to me to try plugging in the room phone because previous guests sometime unplug the phone (OK then). I asked if the hotel number (showed her the phone number on my cell) is correct and she says YES & that the hotel line is down (WHAT???). Here is where I should give you information on the Receptionist area setup. The entire space was very far from me as there is big table in front it (ensuring at least 6 feet from me and the receptionist). There is a covered pixie glass. It is extremely dark and small but since I was the only customer, it was ok but there isn't much room for anyone else. The stacked furniture definitely taken up all of the space (vertical and floor space) as chairs and tables were stacked very high (warehouse style) on top of each other with one or 2 sets of chairs/ tables to sit in the far corner (like a maze). Very unwelcoming. .. About 10 minutes after returning to my room, my daughter noticed no extra toilet paper other than a little that is left of the roll. I decided to fuss around with the room phone again even though I already did this the first time around. Not really doing anything different, I got dial tone and called for more toilet paper. That evening, I looked at the toiletry bag and found only one set of shampoo, conditioner and bath soap (WHAT ?111). The bathroom has only one set of bath towels as well. ... Rooms were not well insulated. We could HEAR conversation in the the room nearby. Bedding mattresses were UNCOMFORTABLE. A/C unit was noisy. -- My Room was in the back but if you pick the room in the front, street noise would be heard. -- The morning 'to-go' breakfast bag comprised of 1 very small orange (lemon size), 1 fig bar and a bottle of water). .. The housekeeping staff tried to enter our room without knocking at 9a. Ofcourse, we had the deadbolt on and told them that we will be leaving shortly. Another strange encounter. I will NEVER stay HERE again and don't recommended it anyone. VERY DISAPPOINTED> -- Compared to the Marriott Santa Ynes (Buellton( location where we just stayed the night before, the experience was excellent (NIGHT and DAY). Pool and gyms were opendd. The Marriott had a hot breakfast for to go (Eggs sandwich or Eggs burritos) in place of their standard continental buffet fare. The Marriott didn't use COVID-19 risk as an excuse to trim services. The Marriott has the pool area open with social distancing by family. The Marriott has fewer tables/chairs in the lobby to ensure social distancing but still inviting to lounge it.
We stayed here one night. They are very Covid-conscious, I will say the room was clean. Refrigerator stopped working in the middle of the night, over $20 in snacks ruined. Told the front desk, was told they’d take money off my bill. Didn’t see that. It’s a nice location in proximity to the beach and UCSB. No breakfast provided, so I had rotten food and nothing provided. I stayed at a couple of other Hilton brand hotels on our trip that at least gave us a brown bag of a breakfast, but not this location. I was disappointed for this being a Hampton Inn.
