Stayed for 2 nights with family, and slept well, in a very well cleaned and comfortable room. Some aspects slightly dated, carpet was worn at entry to room, bathroom a little chipped. Overall we felt we got good value for what we paid, as they weren't charging at the high end of the HIE rate range. Good location by both routes through town, and with ample food options nearby. Breakfast was functional and well presented but not over stacked. Most important thing was good sound insulation - we all slept very well on both nights. Friendly and polite staff at front desk. Keurig coffee in-room was a nice touch.

Nice clean and comfortable room, beds were very soft. Kids also enjoyed the stay as well. Staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for better service. Will definitely book again.

The room has a musty smell that makes you wish for Febreeze but you can get used to it. The hall carpets are in need of replacement but they undergoing renovation. Housekeeping is more miss than hit. In my stay one night I got no service and I never got my coffee service replenished. The air conditioner is loud but it does provide heat and cooling. Holiday Inn has replaced the small bottles with larger bottles in the shower. I support them in this, but when I asked for the conditioner to be filled on Tuesday it never happened.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and friendly. We had a large group in town for a wedding and we were all treated very well. There was a group that was supposed to leave the day we arrived, but they did not check out. The hotel staff did a great job accommodating all of us.

From the time we check in until the time we checked out - nothing was right - the room smelled - was not clean , the bathroom had a intense ildew smaell , the sink was broken , we ask to get it fixed - maintenace man was gone on a family emergency so we shaved and brushed out teeth in bath tub for 3 days - our room was never cleaned the entire time we were there short thought it was we ended up just getting new towels and had the empty the trah cans - I am a IHG member and will never stay at this hotel again !
