Great Hotel with Amazing View

The Staff were super friendly and polite and were very helpful with recommendations. On arrival, they gave ladies a special amenity packet which was super. Made the ladies feel special. Rooms are small as expected for Japanese hotel. Hotel is close to shops like supermarkets, daiso and uniqlo. Breakfast was quite a spread for the price and there was also an Onsen. Loved how you get to choose your own pillows on arrival. Views of Fuji was pretty amazing from my room. I’ll be back!

Stayed here for 5 nights. Comfortable sleep but you must take the pillow from downstairs if not you have only a hard straw pillow. Bathroom is small so recommend the onsen on the ground floor. Nice soak after work really removes the stress. Breakfast is OK. Typical Japanese food with some breads. Located near the highway so accessibility is easy.

We stayed there for 2 nights. From our room window we can see Mt Fuji. It was beautiful. The rooms were clean & the staff were very friendly. They have various type of pillows for guests to choose.The breakfast range was good. Uniqlo & Kimisawa are just across the road, thus it is very convenient if we want to pick up any items. It was real value for the price we paid.

Very friendly staff. Always cheerful with a smile on their faces and provided much information. Staffs spoke quite good English; you can get by even without speaking a word of Japanese. Initially booked Super Hotel Gotemba 1 but from the Gotemba Interchange (Tomei/IC) Station, the hotel we booked seems to be a further walk away(we had big luggage and were already dead tired) so we decided to just try our luck and check-in to this super hotel instead. Managed to get a room and then the manager told us we could still check in into super hotel gotemba 1 if we want to and he offered to drive us there. So we agreed, but after check-in at super hotel gotemba 1 we found out it was a little bit more secluded (it was nearer the gotemba outlet but the free shuttle is only available on holidays). It also seemed harder to get to the Gotemba Interchange Station (part of the hakone free pass route) so we decided to switch back here and again we got a ride from the manager (really great service). Location wise it is 5 min walk to the Gotemba Interchange Station. Even faster if you use the back lanes (looks safe for myself and gf). There is free shuttle service every 20min from the interchange station to the Gotemba premium outlets.(outlet closes at 8pm on weekdays and the last shuttle leaving from the outlet is 8.40pm). 7-11, Uniqlo and a Supermarket Kiniwasa(cheaper by 10-20 yen to buy food stuff then 7-11) was directly opposite the hotel. Booked a Super room (2 persons). Room size was just nice (bigger than the one we stayed in tokyo). Double bed was quite big with a single double decked bed above our heads.(Great for couples with kids). Sufficient amount of power outlets. Not much space to walk after putting luggage but it was fine, we were already used to this type of accommodations. Rooms and overall the Hotel is very clean(like brand new) and the settings are very modern. Get the extra pillow from the lobby cos the pillow provided in the room seems really hard. Toilet was clean and could fit one average sized person at a time. Breakfast was great. Nice selection of bread and food, vending machine for hot drinks were free during breakfast. Wifi at the lobby, cable internet in the rooms, they have chargers for most types of phones in the room as well. Sole computer with internet in the lobby area right next to the onsen. Onsen was clean and nice. Do take note of the time slots for female and male. Female time slots, you need to get the onsen door password from the staff at the lobby counter. Male timeslots no password required to enter the onsen. This hotel utilizes a password system to enter the room and will be provided to you when you check-in Price wise if I had booked it during promotional period it would have been very value for money but alas i booked quite late and instead paid an extra RM150 for the hotel.(would have been RM200 ish if booked during promo period). Value wise its still a good offer for a great hotel. Overall this was a great hotel to stay in.

焼き立てパンと健康朝食が無料で、ウェルカムドリンク（お酒もあり！）、そして天然温泉まであるスーパーなビジネスホテル。 3人だったので、コネクティングドアが付いてるお部屋を予約しました。 ベッドがとても広く、二人でもかなり余裕がありました。 スマホやipadなどの充電コードがテーブルに備え付けてあったり、ベッドにはUSBコードの差込端子が2つあるのは、とても良かったです。 朝食は感染対策もしっかりされていて、案内の方がテキパキとお客さんを誘導されていました。 メニューの種類も多く、どれも美味しかったです。 特に、焼き立てパンは絶品♡ 他にも枕が選べたり、女性にはアメニティのプレゼントがあったりとサービスも花丸💮 御殿場インターからも近くて利用しやすいのもポイント高い✨
