Quest Goulburn the Ultimate Accommodation Experience

I arrived with my brother-in-law at the Quest Goulburn about 9pm on Sunday 5th March 2023 after a long drive. I wasn't sure exactly sure which town we would spend the night so I did not book ahead. I pulled up at the Quest because the building looked fresh, clean and new. I went inside and spoke with the lovely Beth at reception. I asked Beth if she had any twin bed rooms available and she said that there was only one room left and it only had a queen bed (Room 108 on the ground floor). She said that the Queen bed was made up with two joined single beds and that she was happy to strip the Queen bed and remake the two beds as singles. My brother-in-law and I then left to get a late meal nearby whilst Beth made up the room. After returning we felt like a beer and Beth got two cold beers from the fridge (only $5 each) which were given to us at reception. Beth later returned to our room and asked if all was okay. We asked her for two more beers and she brought them to our room. The room was modern and beds were very comfortable. Beth went way above and beyond the call of duty in going out of her way late at night to accommodate us. We had a great night's sleep and were thoroughly rested and refreshed to continue our long drive the following day. We enjoyed the whole accommodation experience at the Quest Goulburn and thank you for employing such a friendly service oriented person as Beth. To quote Arnie "I'll be back" for sure and certain.

Thoroughly enjoyable, excellent room and decor, small appliances appropriate, comfortable bed, polite and friendly staff. Great location, secure parking, close to city centre and shopping, cater to individual needs.

We stayed for 2 nights. The room was immaculate, facilities were amazing and staff were very helpful. Everything was within a very short to short distance. We used the gym and it was perfect for the average workout.

This was the longest stay I have had in Goulburn, having the ability to clean my clothes in the room was fantastic, the room and service was exceptional as usual, thankyou for making a long trip away from home so comfortable.

Room clean and spacious, the staff were friendly at reception. Quite location, and central to most activities. I think the hotel is only 3 years old so everything is very clean and new. Kitchenette has most of the things you need for a light breakfast.
