First room the heat/air sounded like a jet taking off second room not sure it ever turned on done changing rooms. Breakfast goes till 10am went down at 9am a tiny bit of cold food left. Went to front desk hey there’s no plates and like no food all she did was put plates out. I will stick to staying at country inn and suites locations.

I would recommend this Wyndham American Inn located on Mall Drive, Appleton, WI. The employees both times that I have stayed there the past 2 months, were prompt, cordial, and helpful. The rooms are immaculate and evidently have recently been updated.

Don't Be Fooled By the Shabby Exterior

Although the exterior of this building is a bit seedy looking, and the hall carpet looks old and worn, the rooms are fine. The motel is located in a shopping mall, and egress onto the adjoining street can be a bit of a challenge. The dishes in the breakfast area appeared to be recyclable, but there was no provision for doing so; everything goes into the trash. I would like to see motels showing more environmental responsibility as our planet heads toward a conflagration..

Very over priced hotel/for the price

Would not stay at this hotel again. No one every at front desk. Very over priced. Hotel needs a major upgrade for the price they charge. Room, bathroom very dirty. Hallway carpeting very dirty, should be replaced.

Very satisfied with the stay and with the managing personnel who helped us with the transfer of rooms on our last night there. Our trip to Appleton will more than likely be an annual event, this being our second visit and staying at Americinn both times and I'm sure we'll contact you again next year.
