IHG is always our hotel of choice. The experience that we had at the grand island location was the worst. My family of 2 adults and 3 children checked in to a very rude front desk clerk named Elvis. He asked how many people were staying and we told him 5. He put 5 adults in and wouldn’t change it. This made my rate go from $140.00 to $169 plus an additional $30.00 extra person charge. Even after showing him online for my family the rate was $140.00 (which is also the rate I booked my room at) he still refused to change it. I tried to speak with the general manager who told the front desk to tell me that he knew of the situation and Elvis was correct and that he was in a meeting. He requested that I send him an email, which I did. Checked back before we left and he REFUSED to come out of his office and talk with me and he was NOT in a meeting. In the mean time he changed my reservation to 4 adults even though he said the amount of people couldn’t be changed. They have not changed my rate back to $140.00 and given my credit back to me. I have went to corporate and they said the GM has 48 hours to get in touch. Beware that if you stay here, you will likely be ripped off. Worst customer service that we’ve ever experienced at an IHG.

Quick family stay at Niagara Falls

Very convenient location and quite nice for an overnight. We stayed in a 2 Queen suite with sofa bed. The sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable but the room was quite spacious and clean. Very nice breakfast options in the morning. Gym was functional and clean as well. We didn’t use the pool.

We liked the hotel a lot. The room was clean and spacy. The reception staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. The parking was also good, and we used the swimming pool. The location was superb with Niagara Falls within easy reach, and the shoreline in walking distance.

Hotel is fine. Quiet and away from everything. However, the room description states that they have balcony rooms. They do not have balcony rooms. They have patio rooms on the ground floor. Since I never want to stay on the ground floor, I find this deceiving. Please fix this.

Nice New Hotel

We had planned to stay for one night but ended up spending two. It's a new hotel with large comfortable rooms. Also looks completely accessible for those who are concerned. Only complaint is the extremely low water pressure. I dont mind low-flow, but there is a limit. Given its proximity to Niagara Falls, I'm not sure water supply is an issue. Grace at the front desk was exceptional.
