Upon arrival I had positive hopes, but over the 3 days it was greatly diminished. Room was clean except for the black pieces of something on the bed and in the sheets. “Ok, no biggie. I’ll just wipe them off and move on”, I thought. Took kiddo and hubby to pool and as pictured the hot tub is festering with nasty toxic looking water and an ominous clump of bubbles with brown air flowing around it. 🤢 Quiet at night thankfully and cleaning staff and breakfast staff all seem attentive and friendly. Lots of snow and ice during the day. Safety of guests doesn’t seem a priority as we came in and out multiple times during the day an no one seemed to be moving snow off the side walk to entrance. From mid day on an employee had her 3 children there. Running about, no shirts on the boys, screaming constantly in the pool area with no adults, food and towels all over. Just basically treating it like their house and maybe it is and I feel bad for them but we are paying guests and it was annoying and unprofessional. The whole vibe at this place was unprofessional and unkept like no ounce of pride in their work.

Horrible services and horrible accommodations. We will never return to this establishment! I’m warning you to stay away! This was the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Everything was bad and I am very upset that we stayed here.

Wanted to stay near the snowmobile trail and this hotel worked out well as the trail is acrost the road. No issues at all, checked in Wed night and checked out Friday morning. Parking lot worked good for our 12' trailer, but a longer one might have to park on the side of the building. Hotel has a hot tub, but was not working when we were there. But everything else was great.

Saturday night staff was very poor. The hotel itself is ok, but aging. There are better hotels in the area. Avoid it unless you have no other options. The staff was good much of the stay but I watched the staff on Saturday evening call the police because a group of parents were questioning (politely) why the pool was arbitrarily closed. When they asked to speak to the supervisor the staff immediately called the police.

DO NOT GIVE THIS HOTEL YOUR BUSINESS. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I have never written a hotel review and honestly, my expectations are pretty low. Our team stayed here and had a terrible experience all around. The rooms were filthy including full refrigerators of food, underware (not ours) and used coffee cups. Holes in the sheet rock a tack strip between our bathroom and carpeted area which we kept stepping on. While sitting in the pool area on our first night, the staff overfilled the pool and our feet stared getting wet. No worries, we weren’t bothered. But the next day, they closed down the pool and blamed it on the hockey teams staying for having food in the pool. This was far from true. They just didn’t want to take responsibility for goofing up the pool by overfilling it. Both front desk attendants were very helpful, but the assistant manager (Becky P) was hostile to all patrons, when asked if we could still sit in the pool area or the breakfast room so we didn’t have to congregate near the front door. She threatened the sweet front desk lady. It was insane. If you have a group, or team or anyone who wants to gather (before 10pm even), DO NOT STAY HERE. Our kids dealt with no having a pool to use, but I felt bad for tbe families who were also staying on a get a way with their small kids for a little winter vacation. The hot tub was also broken down and the front desk folks said it’s been broken for weeks and the owners don’t care.
