Called your hotel to look at booking with a group and he was very rude, not accommodating and hung up on me. I definitely would not stay here is that’s the service provided and being in customer service myself think that is very poor customer service and just outright rude. Called Monday, Feb 20th 4pm.

My first review ever. My family and I found this Hotel to be the best we have ever stayed in. The beds are great, the breakfast you can not beat it any where. Great parking, friendly staff. Very friendly and helpful staff. "Rooms on the south side are quieter" "Corner suites are large and sunny" "Higher floors have less A/C unit noise"

Amazing staycation

We stayed there with as a staycation with another family. Something fun to do during our cold winter months. It felt special for the kids, they did feel like they were on vacation and were spoiled with the amenities of the hotel. The pool and slide were a hit plus the breakfast was 10/10. The staff was so friendly and so were the other guests. Such a great place to stay!

We were headed from Nova Scotia to Grande Prairie via Calgary on Westjet when due to the computer problems at Westjet we were stranded for 2 days in Calgary. We had booked an overnight stay at the Hampton Inn and checked in online before we left YHZ, only to find on arrival in Calgary that we had been bumped off the flight to Grande Prairie :( We phoned the Hampton Inn to ask if they could cancel our booking, explaining why we wouldn't be able to get to GP that night. The receptionist was very helpful and sympathetic and even though we were well past the cancellation time they cancelled the booking and arranged for us to get a refund. As Seniors, feeling the pinch, their understanding and regard to our circumstances was valued and appreciated, to say the least. So it's a big "Thank You" to the folks at the Hampton Inn for your kind consideration. Bob.

Fantastic family friendly hotel

Excellent customer service Clean and updated hotel with an awesome buffet breakfast. The whole family loved the pool area. We had a king room and double queen room connecting, and there was lots of space for our family of 5. The only drawback to the connecting doors is that you need door stops from the front desk to keep the doors open. Once they are shut, you can only open it from the room and not from the connecting room. Overall, very happy with our stay and would stay here again
