Lowest quality of any Quality Inn we've seen

Avaliou em 24 de dezembro de 2021

The advertised breakfast did not exist. The late night front desk staff was loud and never seemed to shut up. There was constant noise down the hall at the front desk. The padding on the chair in the bedroom was badly worn out and coming off. No ice buckets. Only powdered creamer. Hall smelled strongly of smoke. Several people smoking in an area hard to avoid. The padding on the chair in the bedroom was badly worn out and coming off. No ice buckets. Hall smelled strongly of smoke. Several people smoking in an outdoor area hard to avoid, near the only entrance. Coffee in the lobby was not available at all hours and there was no coffee pot in the room. I have often sat in hotel lobbies playing my ukulele and singing softly softly, and the front desk people always thanked me. It seemed it would be nice here to sit on the couch by the Christmas tree, and also be away from other rooms so as not to disturb anyone trying to sleep. The front desk clerk who never stopped talking loudly told me they were trying to check people in and register them, implying that I must stop.. That was after she and several women had been talking very loudly for several minutes. I thought hotel lobbies with couches and chairs were for guests to use, and that as long as we were not raucous it would be fine. We didn't understand the people who seemed to live local but were constantly streaming in and out talking loudly. We are used to staying at very modest motels for overnight stays, but this place felt "low class" rather than just 'modest.' Since there were 2 of us, we asked for two key cards so we could come and go as we pleased to the room. We were told we could only have one. First time that has ever happened. Our first experience with a Quality Inn in Missouri was luxurious. Others have been less elegant, but clean and functioning.. I think this will be our last stay at a Quality Inn.

No keys for any room

Avaliou em 17 de setembro de 2021

There were no room keys. Only one person at the desk. So she had to let people into their rooms with her master key, check people in and answer the phone. She deserves a raise. But it was very inconvenient to not have a key to my room. Plus there was a shady looking guy walking up and down the hallway trying to open every door. He was not an employee. The were stains on the bed cover. The sheets appeared clean. The general condition of the hotel looks unkept.

disappointed

For a $160 a night you would think that you would at least have towels in your room. No towels no wash cloths and the girl at the front desk who was watching videos on her phone looked like she could careless and you were just bothering her. Also the toilet in our room was not working. I can say the lady who checked us in was nice though. I have been a choice member for a long time and I always love my stays. This was the first time I was really disappointed.

Worse hotel ever

-5 rating I booked 5 days for my uncle who was traveling in from Wyoming. I prebooked and paid so he could have an easy, stress free trip. Upon arriving they said they would take his cars for incidentals but here I am nearly a month later and they charged for a 6th night. I have spoken to most to all their employees and got different answers from all of them. Grant it was only $75 but it doesn't matter the fraudulently charged my card! They won't give me any information on how to report this concern to the owners or corporate. This is just so sad.

Should be named the No Quality Inn.

Avaliou em 8 de outubro de 2020

This place is a dump. Should be retired from the Choice Privileges fleet. It's seen it's better days long ago. No perks at all. No breakfast or guest PC like at other Quality Inn's I have stayed at this year in other states. This place is in urgent need of updating. No one answers the phone at the front desk in the evening. Cut rate place of low quality. The Motel 6 just down the street would have been a better choice. I left after one night and moved over to a much better place just one block away. PS. My room did have a telephone but it was not plugged in. I plugged it in but still I could not receive incoming calls.
