Very nice place to stay during roadtrip. Room was very clean and nice, breakfast tasty and with good variety of products. Amazing and lovely service from everyone working in this place! We travelled with a dog, during check in we received a treat, blanket and a poop bag for our doggo - this gesture was so kind!

Hotel is easy to find and right next to big truck stop off the highway. Hotel was clean and offers a good breakfast. Room was clean and staff were nice. Walking distance to resturant just across the parking lot. Comfortable bed with the basic in room amenities. Overall, rated a little above average as it seems to be newer and they have a small indoor pool. The breakfast was nice but get yours early as the morning crowd can wipe it out fast.

Nice Hotel to Stay at when Visiting Yellowstone National Park

We stayed here on our way to Glacier National Park. The hotel was nice. The workout room was also nice. The pool was ok. There was some hair floating in the water when we were about to go in. The double queen suite (2 qn plus sofa bed) was big enough for our family of 5. The breakfast was pretty good also. The only downfall is the morning that we went to check out the elevator stopped working so we had to haul all of our luggage down the stairs.

First, the breakfast server is this wonderful, cheerful woman who made me smile. I just loved her. The food was great, and the hotel was immaculate. I will come back for sure. Everyone who works here is so friendly!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Crystal Inn. The location was great for easily getting around the city. The amenities were wonderful and we loved the large, spacious room. The beds were so comfortable! The hotel was very clean. Our favourite part of the hotel was the A+ service we received from Sue and Kim at the front desk. They were beyond helpful and so friendly. We can’t wait to return to Great Falls to stay at the Crystal Inn again. Thank you!
