Great amenties and friendly staff
A very pleasant stay at this well maintained hotel.COVID friendly and well appointed with regards to access to shops and restaurants .Friendly and helpful staff .Room was exactly what was needed and comfortable !
Great property, great location
Very clean hotel with a nice pool. Because of COVID the kids slide was closed but the pool was still nice. Clean room and great location. Each room comes with a full fridge, dishwasher and stove top plus dishes and kitchen utensils. Breakfast was included but there is no restaurant at the hotel. Only a bar that was closed. I would recommend this property.

We stayed 8 nights for a death in the family. We had 2 Rooms and were given a discount for a bereavement rate but some other people who attended the funeral got a better rate by $40 a night. Not impressed with this. We have stayed here before and it was our preference but we will stay elsewhere next time at a newer facility nearby. The ceiling was dripping water on our last day after 2 days of rain previously and the shower had issues as well. The airconditioner in the Room sounded like it was on its last legs as it was squeaking all night long.
Stayed here while driving across Canada with a dog. Was nice that they are pet friendly but the hotel was just alright. Room felt very humid and the bathroom was obviously not venting properly considering the light fixtures were all rusted out in the bathroom. Front desk staff upon check out would not print us a receipt claiming they did not have a printer. Overall would stay again but expected more from a Marriott hotel.
Skip this hotel unless you are pleased with insufficiencies
I don't even know where to start with this hotel. Sudbury was a disappointment all around with the Coronavirus having every worthwhile thing to do shut down here. I am a Marriott Silver Elite customer and I use the ap to book only Marriott rooms. I booked this hotel solely on the fact that they have a waterslide, and that was the only thing we had to look forward to on our triip to Sudbury, since when we showed up, the Science Centre was closed. My son, who was just measured at the doctor's office, was measured at 48" and we were told by the lifeguard that he was too short for the waterslide. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I have never been to a hotel that monitors this, when the pool was barely bigger than a hot tub, and not very deep. I lost my mind. The staff was unsympathetic so we stormed off (Karen'd out embarrassingly, but I was very stressed out thus far). I went to the front desk and was told basically "rules are rules" and I should have known because it says on the website. Well I don't use the website, I use the app. Anyways, a few minutes later, the manager came upstairs and told me if my son could prove he could swim, he would be allowed to use the waterslide. Anyway, he could, and did, so that helped things, and I appreciated the effort on the manager's part (the only helpful staff member in the entire building). The room itself was small and dirty, I have severe feather allergies and have that listed in my requests. The pillows were all feather. The bathroom light burnt out in the evening and the coffee pot was missing from the room. Would never, ever stay here again, would never return to Sudbury.
