Nice hotel
Call 10mnts ahead. When i arrived my room was clean and ready front desk girl was very nice. No issues at all. No breakfast due to covid. But they do have coffee at Lobby. Huge parking. 5 guess $130ish with tax.....
Worst Experience I’ve Ever Had and I Travel Often
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had and I travel 50 days a year. Doors were locked when I arrived and I had to wait in the entry way for 10-15 minutes because the kid wasn’t at the front desk and wouldn’t answer the phone. Pool was not available. Breakfast was not available. Had to have our keycards reset multiple times at the front desk. Side entry door did not work. Hotel tried to scam me out of a $250 “smoking fee” after I left, this town has dispensaries and my friend bought some pot but did not smoke in the room. Savanna at the front desk said they “have the right to charge you if the room smells like pot” which is not on any of their forms and not something we agreed to, so we will be doing a chargeback with Visa. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at over 200+ hotels, this entire staff needs to be fired.

Love it here!
We stay here almost every time we visit Greeley - mainly because the size of the rooms is super nice! More spacious then most hotels. Breakfast is always yummy and the staff is always nice and helpful!
Nice stay in Greeley
Great service, clean room, fantastic amenities, wonderful complimentary breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is and had a pleasurable stay. The staff are friendly, the hot tub is actually hot and the breakfast even included pressed juices and greens!
