I love staying here and you get points as you stay and you can use them to have them cheeper and they are friendly service and amazing rooms and Break fast... The rooms are clean and quite and I love the new cards they have for the doors everything is 💯🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 10 stars ill give this hotel

If you need a place to stay that is right at the center of Lambeui and other main events in Green Bay; the Baymont inn by Wyndham hotels is a great easy and affordable place to stay. The staff really makes you feel at home.

Disappointment in "morning" management

Felica checked me in and was very quick and expedient. Monica a member of staff whom I learned had only been here a short time did very well with managing the morning breakfast and the counter and was very efficient. David the "manager" I felt was very rude, unprofessional and short with guests when addressing a concern. In addition , I have never seen someone in a management role that has a career in hospitality berate a staff member in front of guest even for a minor infraction; it was completely uncalled for and appalling, a manager is suppose to set the tone for his or her hotel. Speaking of the room, it wasn't the best nor wasn't the worst I've seen; it had some electrical issues lights not working correctly sheets were wrinkles . Oh yeah, night staff member was asleep while on duty while customers were waiting to be checked in.

Appleton has better lodging options. 30 minutes away but wonderful, friendly staff and better accommodations. Appleton area also honors all the different member benifits, such as wyndham rewards, choice rewards, hilton rewards, etc.

AVOID THIS HOTEL...

Zero stars... No soundproofing all. We were requested our IDs at check in for all guests....Stayed in room number 104. After taking in a show we got to our hotel room about 12am... The next 3 hours were nothing but loud people, questionable conversations in the hall, slamming doors, A lady knocking on the room across the hall repeative not once but twice and communicating with the individual by yelling through the door. The fridge is terribly loud. Our TV remote was dead, once on were couldn't turn it down (loud) or off. Had to run and get another remote from front desk. Someone set our alarm to go off at 3:55am... could not figure out how to turn it off and could not move the nightstand to unplug just repeative "snoozing" until we changed it to sometime in the late morning. Overall felt unsafe in this hotel. Walls were dirty. Escutcheon and caulk in shower was in terrible condition. Would not bathe here even though I brought my own can of Lysol.
