Stress on top of stress!
It’s hard enough to come in with an elderly parent who’s going to a surgery from another surgery with complications, with a journey beginning at the hospital at 5am. Then when you check in and the front desk clerk is cold, rude and not at all understanding. Arghh. Then, the Peking lot is filthy with all sorts of garbage and cigarette butts. To top it off, the $55 hospital rate turns into $88. $33 in taxes?? I wish I had had the gentleman that talked to me in the phone when I booked the room. He was very courteous. Not the experience I would have hoped for under our medical stress level!!
Good location and clean
The location of the hotel was quite convenient. The hotel and room were clean. We had a suite which was good sized. It had a small kitchen which was great if we had wanted to make a meal. The sofa bed was average.
Best experience
Stayed due to family member in the hospital and it was close. Very happy with all at Days Inn. Clean, friendly staff, outstanding pancake machine, great coffee, full size fridge, and overall an excellent place to stay.
Great value and convenience
We have stayed at this Days in Green Bay the last two times we've attended Packer games. The property is a little older but is well kept up and provides excellent value for the price point. The location is further away from Lambeau Field than others but since the city bus line has a stop maybe 150 feet from the hotel (and is free on game days) it makes for an excellent spot for visiting fans. Rooms are clean and tidy, and all equipment (TV, fridge, microwave, temp control, etc.) were all working and were easy to use. Was surprised to find that conditions were pretty quiet, especially since most of the guests were football fans. Front desk staff were very helpful in recommending attractions depending on your tastes, and the proximity to many cool things was good, even though the hotel itself is not far separated from a residential area. Breakfast is provided and offers pretty standard hotel fare (eggs, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt choices, etc.). The breakfast area is clean and well-looked after. There isn't a ton of seating so you may need to take it back to your room. All in all, our stays at this hotel have been very pleasant and comfortable. For the price point, it provides excellent value.
Clean and quiet on the backside of the motel
Jody was excellent at the front desk. The food was good. The security was great. Everything was very clean. Some road noise in the rooms in the front. Very quiet in the rooms in the back. We will stay here whenever we need to spend the night in Green Bay. 😊
