E uma comédia chamar isto de hotel. você não está nem num hotel,nem hostel ou até uma pensão. Do paraíso que parece a foto, quando você faz chek in , salve se quem puder. Lá têm de tudo. Chek in após 3pm . Arrumação de quarto de 2em 2 dias , tel não funciona, internet porca mente, home Office, nem pensar , meramente ilustrativa de tanto vírus que tem. Nesta entrei numa gelada. Café da manhã só uma máquina de waofel . imagina o resto? Melhor passar longe daqui.

I've been staying at this chain for decades, but this was my first return after a long hiatus due to COVID. What did I experience? 1. When I pulled the vinyl chair out from under the work desk, it had large areas of grease/oil on the arms & seat, the kind that was visible from several feet away. Obviously the person who cleaned the room did not clean under the desk, so never pulled out the chair, or, worse, didn't care about the mess on the chair. 2. There wasn't a clock in the room. When I called the front desk (FD), the young man said "Some rooms have them and some don't." There wasn't a paper notepad to write on in the room either, nor a pen. 3. There was no TV channel line-up in the room. The FD said they no longer provide that, but "You can see it on Channel 1." I turned to Channel 1 and got a black screen with the notice: "Signal scrambled or too weak." Even the "Info" button on the remote didn't function. 4. The wireless for my laptop was so slow it was like being transported back to 1998. Sometimes it didn't work at all, and I got a message that said: "Too many others are currently in use." This was on a Sunday evening when it looked like there were about four cars in the parking lot. In the morning I was the only person in the breakfast area for the half-hour I was there. I think the place had very few residents. 4. I didn't like the temperature in the room when I arrived (too cold), so I tried to raise it at the thermostat on the wall. No matter what I did, it reverted to the original temperature setting. The FD offered no help---he suggested maybe the motel had control of the temperature and that guests couldn't change it---so I gave up. He should have been able to tell me what the new man at the desk did the next morning, namely that the thermostat does work, but it's just very counter-intuitive to figure out how, which he then explained. 5. I had a very poor night of sleep. Noise from a couple in the hallway, constantly knocking at each other's door between midnight and 1 am, sounded like it was in my room. The noise came right through the door, probably through the large opening under it. Also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom, which is non-controllable, is quite loud, almost like a mini-roar. 6. Finally...during my stay I spoke with four different members of the motel staff. None ever wore a mask. As you can probably guess, I would not return.

This hotel overall was a positive experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. They did offer breakfast and it was pretty good. This property is under new management and I think they are working on improving the property. Our biggest complaint is the signage. It’s set back behind some car dealerships. A much taller sign would be VERY helpful. Great value for sure.

Checked in Thursday for 3 nights. Every desk clerk was friendly and made me feel right at home the entire stay. Linda in the breakfast room was such a pleasure. Felt like mom taking care of me. Hallways were clean and tile was being mopped when I got there. Room was clean, spacious with lots of desk/counter space. Sure, it's not luxury but for my needs I got great value booking thru websites for discount. Even Dawn in housekeeping greeted me with a warm smile. The staff is a delight. Worst part is finding it. Without a talking app I turned too soon and had to circle around a few blocks. As soon as you exit I 85 go thru traffic light, get between the yellow lines for the left turn driveway. 3 carlengths may need to wait for traffic to clear. Landmark US Auto sign easier to see. I will stay again.

The stay was very affordable my room was clean the staff was wonderful didnt have any complaints came here with my kids football team and they treated us well our entire stay the breakfast was even good
