Lugar perfeito para relaxar. Além disso, a estrutura para eventos é muito boa, fazendo com que reuniões de negocios sejam bem mais agradáveis. As atividades também são variadas, mas o spa realmente é um ponto a ser explorado: massagens incríveis e atendimento impecável. Maravilhoso.
Not worth it

I completed their survey after leaving. I’ve tried to reach out to them. It was a disappointment. For what we paid we could have gone to Disney and that would have been a way better value. 1. They cancelled their shuttle to williamsburg and Busch gardens which was one of their selling points. 2. Their restaurants are absurdly expensive and fairly low quality- lots of canned fruit cocktail and peaches at the breakfast bufffet and not fresh danishes, but packaged danishes and muffins. The restaurants are not all open. In fact they tell you to make reservations but there aren’t places that you can- except the James River Grille- but we were burned out on their other offerings before that. 3. We were told a few days before check in that they don’t clean the rooms during your stay. Or if they are asked to do so they charge an extra $40 a cleaning. We were told our room was fully stocked- but it had no shampoo, all the dispensers were empty. It took 2 requests and about 36 hours to get more. 4. It wasn’t clean. There was trash from the prior occupants- razor covers, hair ties, and more just on the floor. 5. It appears someone tried to kick in the door before our stay, and it wasn’t fixed. Or if it was it was not fixed well. Door knobs were falling off between connecting rooms, there was a hole in a door, all the caulk in the bathrooms was black and moldy. 6. I booked a birthday spa treatment for my wife. It was supposed to be at 2:15 or 2:30, I called at 1 to check the time. They said, no it already started. Nobody called us or anything. Then I was told I would be charged anyway. I asked how that could be the case since I had been given the wrong time. They said we’ll check. An hour later they did finally agree to not charge me but never offered to rebook it As others have said, the service level was sub par. For the price you pay I would expect cleaning, good service, and good food. None of those things was true. I would save your money and stay anywhere else in the williamsburg area.

Kind of expensive 3 people, 2 bed condo and 2 rounds of golf $3600. Condo was nice, clean and a great view. Staff excellent. Even opened the spa store on a day they were closed so we could purchase some of there body lotions before we checked out. Dining - a big area of improvement needed. Very limited selections. Walked out of the Marina restaurant after seeing how overwhelmed they were. Maybe staff shortage? if so, tell us and make the dining room smaller. Serve 50 happy people instead of 100 guests mediocre. Some of them close at 8:00
A rocky start...

It was our first time at the Kingsmill, arriving Sunday, June 12. Overall the property looks nice. When we arrived right around check-in (4pm) and were eager to check in after sitting in traffic for hours, only to be told our room wasn't ready. We were good sports and walked the grounds for half an hour, and our room still wasn't ready. At this point, Kingsmill had a number of options they could have used to address their deficiency, including offering a credit to get food or drink while we waited, upgrading our room to one available, downgrading our room but offering to refund the overpayment, or, at a minimum, offering us a card to the grounds so we can use the amenities while we waited. None of these things happened. Around 5, when we asked if we could at least use the pool, they begrudgingly gave us access (again, didn't volunteer this). Thus, our vacation began with changing in a locker room to use the pool - every woman's dream. We received a text that the room was eventually ready at 530, 1.5 hours after the committed time. There was zero apology. Keep in mind Kingsmill has a policy of $75 for late check out for one hour. They clearly don't value your time as much as they do theirs. The room was fine, although we could hear every step the people above us made. There is way less to do on site than most other resorts we've been to in Virginia. It is really for the golfers and tennis players, so if that is your jam it's probably great. We also did the $20 buffet breakfast. Pretty views and ambiance - food on par with the free breakfast at hampton inn (for what it's worth).

Our room was very dated. No water bottles in the room….will find a gas station or something tomorrow to buy some. Plug outlets spark. Toilet runs continuously. Bathroom dated for sure. Bug in the sink. No maid service. We got in around 7:30 pm on a Sat night and looked at what dinner options there were. All but one restaurant closes at 8 but James Landing said they were open until 9. We went down at 8:15 to James Landing…travel weary and so hungry but they weren’t serving food. So we had to drive two miles off resort to eat. So far so weird.
