Ok for a quick stop over!

Not bad for a quick stop over but even just for that was complicated! We arrived at midnight. All doors locked, no signs, no numbers nothing...went to the petrol station for check in after wondering around for half an hour. Parking is very limited unless you want to park in the service stop parking!! Room is comfortable for one night, modern and clean BUT at 3am in the morning i found out that the toilet had NO toilet paper so i had to walk across the service stop to the petrol station to ask for toilet paper!!!!! Check out took 20 minutes as they tried to charge me for the room again when i already prepaid and had to wait 20 minutes for an invoice.

Ok for a quick stay in the middle of nowhere

We stayed here, while resting on our way to Berlin. The food is OK, the staff was nice, but it took me while to understand that the reception is actually the same as the restaurant counter. The rooms are OK, but there is a lot of noise from the Autobahn all night long, so we did not rest as much as we liked to. The rooms are small, but they have other amenities, like 24 hour store and small beds outside the rooms, which you can bring in.

The Hotel is a perfect place for the people on the Autobahn who are looking for a typical "stop & stay". The place is convenient, clean, well run and very practical. Clean bathroom and toilets. The restaurants/shop attached to the hotel is open 24/7. Good lighting and sufficient plug points to charge the entire set of phones for a family of four. Plenty of free parking was available. Hassle free check-in and check-out. No fancy frills attached. Just what is required. The price was very reasonable. Accessible from both sides of the A5 Autobahn. Although the rooms were warm, it would also be a good idea to include air conditioners.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, just a Shane the rooms are very tired. Breakfast was great and plenty of parking. No hot water but when I mentioned it the me,bet of staff said he would deal with everything .

Watch out! They tried to rip me off. I was asked to pay EUR 17,47 for 3 Caffe crema. But the receipt showed EUR 7,47. They tried to earn EUR 10 extra... And the person behind the counter register did not apologize back to me. Bad behaviour. So please watch out!
