We were on a family bicycle trip and enjoyed every minute of it, especially the warm welcome and a huge and delicious dinner which filled our tanks so that the next 107km stage went without a hitch. We will be back !

Great location, nice view of the vineyards and short walking distance of the nice city of Guebwiller. Friendly and helpfull family hotel, good breakfast, nice rooms and clean. Good Alsacian and Italian food. A place to go.

Quiet; good breakfast; mini refrigerator in room; fast internet

This hotel was pre-booked for me as part of a bicycle trip. It was quiet. The internet was fast. The breakfast was good. Was surprised to find a mini refrigerator in the room. The desk clerk spoke OK English. The room was 74 F (24 C).

We were looking for a place to stay over in Guebwiller. It was getting dark and we were hungry. We happened to pass hotel de l'Ange and it didn't look like much from the street but we were tired. We had a pleasant suprise! The staff was helpful, the room spotless with a balcony. It wasn't expensive and we were immediately shown to a table in the restaurant. Our waiter came from Paris and was fun, nice and very helpful. The food was great, the local Sylvaner grown on the hills right across the street. All in all, this is a place we wouldn't hesitate to go back to during a visit to Alsace.
