We were gifted a DBB voucher. Hotel was easy to find, nicely decorated. Friendly staff, reasonably-priced drinks and nice touch having TV and games in the bar area. Food was delicious, great breakfast and good room. Would definitely return!

Perfect stay , perfect hotel Perfect location Everything about our 2 night stay was perfect. Food brilliant Breakfast is Amazing Rooms have everything you need and more and was spotless we couldn't fault anything about this hotel

The location is excellent - along a quiet road overlooking the golf course but still in the centre of Gullane. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was fairly simple but amazing! The first night we had steaks and the second night I had the beef burger (the best I have had for ages) with perfectly cooked skinny fries and my husband had the fish and chips which had a lovely light batter. The pub has a real log fire and a good atmosphere. The only negative is that we did not like the large TV screen in the restaurant which was on throughout our meal and was hard to avoid looking at. It rather spoilt the room. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend.

My wife and I spent a couple of nights here recently and were very comfortable. The staff were excellent and the breakfast very pleasant.it is well situated for all of the Gullane golf courses and if you have a dog with you, there are plenty of walks around.

Lovely room but no biscuits! Dinner delicious but breakfast was "disjointed". Ordered hot drinks and had to ask for fruit juice. Toast came, barely hot. 10 mins later juice came then 2 drinks out of 4. Friend ordered porridge then eggs benedict, which came cold before her porridge. So it was taken away to be re done, then porridge arrived, followed again by barely hot egg benedict. My waffle and other 2 Scottish breakfast were fine.
