Serviceable and Good Value for Money

This is a great utilitarian place to stay. They have the basics covered, everything works, it is clean, and the staff are very obliging. I came to Guthrie for a rodeo event and it was perfect for my purpose. It is a good value for money. it is convenient to I 35. It was also quiet and peaceful.

Worse stay of my life

I unloaded the car and went for burgers while my lady was unpacking in the room. Upon return I found her on the floor crying. The toilet lid broke with her on it. The window was stuck open. The shower was horrible, and the room stunk. She said she wanted to leave and find another motel. Nothing was available locally meaning another late-night drive of 45 minutes. I addressed the issues with the front desk and was told they had a no refund policy but I was welcome to look at other rooms. We could not leave fast enough. STAY AWAY.

Keep on driving

I'm only giving it one star because of it's location - and that has nothing actually to do with who owns it now it has to do with who built it - great job! This motel has the worst front desk customer service EVER!!!! The housekeeping crew is great and accommodating. The maintenance man is rude and quit frankly a smart#$$. Again, horrible customer service!!! I would keep driving and pass this crap hole up. We have been going to Guthrie for 3 years to the National Little Britches Rodeo Finals and the pool once again, inconveniently, wasn't working. Take it off your website if you aren't going to fix it!! It's HOT in Oklahoma and kids want to swim! Like, I said earlier......keep driving. There are two very nice hotels next door, do yourself a favor and spend your money at either of them! We will never go back!

name has changed

This motel has changed it's name, it is now the Territorial Inn. It is avery nice place to stay. Seems to be an older style building but has been kept up. They do not have microwaves at this time. They have a nice Mexican Restaurant on site.

Very Helpful Staff

We asked for the cheapest rate and the manager was so kind as to give us an extra discount. He also gave us assistance with problems in the room. Very helpful staff. The room was comfortable, no complaints. Having both a tub and shower for such a low rate was nice.
