The staff was amazingly warm and welcoming. The facilities are very well located, in the heart of the city. The overallt experience was wonderful, we felt at home. We would stay here again anytime. Thank you so much for your great hospitality!

The hotel is good, staff was very friendly and breakfast had lots of option, the rate was very reasonable too. Highly recommend this hotel to everybody staying in Halong bay, I am sure that you are going to enjoy it as much as I did

New hotel, got some regrets like the bed is hard got my back pain. Bedit in toilet has so much pressure hurts my a__.😅. We order lunch in the resto takes time to serve and the steak is not tender very hard to chew. No 24 hours room service. Cam on..

Excellent location. You're in the center of town and, as a result, within walking distance to many restaurants and Sun World. The hotel is slightly dated. I could see some wear on the room. Multiple electrical outlets were also unusable. However, the room was clean, and I had a great view of the ocean. Additionally, they offer a very nice breakfast buffet. The biggest thing that stood out to me was this is a massive hotel with many guests, but just 2 (sometimes 3) receptionists. They were doing a great job and everyone I met provided excellent service, but they were overwhelmed at times. It didn't help that every time they were working with a guest, another guest (which is normal in SE Asia) would cut to the front of the line and interrupt them, taking their attention away from the other guests waiting patiently. This resulted in long waits while they juggled several tasks at once instead of focusing on one. What elevates other hotels to another level is their willingness/ability to focus on one guest and to tune out these people who cannot wait their turn, or to tell them to wait in line. Additionally, there is a 1 million VND security deposit. Rather than just hand over your key at check-out, there is a wait until they clear that you can have your deposit returned. Overall, I would definitely stay here again as the location cannot be beat.

Great service, tremendous view, got an excellent package for dinner and breakfast from there facebook website. Breakfast and dinner were quality food and great quantities. The gym is spacious and there is both a table tennis table and tennis court in addition to the pool.
