Quarto espaçoso com excelente vista sobre a baía/mar. Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Boa localização. O pequeno almoço não era nada de extraordinário. Dificuldade em ter água quente para o banho.

Stayed overnight with family of four after a long transfer from Hanoi. Warmly welcomed on arrival and introduced to the hotel amenities -room had two comfortable beds and a great view of the lake and harbour area. breakfast was simple but very fresh.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It was a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the lake and harbour and mountains behind. The location was quiet and out of the hustle and bustle, but still very close to restaurants and shops and on the flat part of the harbour foreshore. The breakfast was ordered the night before and was basic but adequate. The hotel manager Vinh was cheerful, efficient, spoke good English and was altogether a lovely person. He arranged bookings for tours and transport for us hassle free. This is a highly recommended mid range hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay in chu long hotel. The location and view are great and the staff very very helpful. With arranging the bus, a tour, restaurant advice and lots more! We would recommend this place and would love to come back some day.

We had a really great experience here, dispise what other guests have previously said. When we arrived we were greeted by mr.quin, a lovely an very helpful young fellow. We're aussie and he spoke good enough english- no confusion. We were instantly upgraded, he let us pick a room out of 3, we optd a bigger room with a view looking out the lake ( the area surrounding next door is partly under construction but still okay). Very spacious, clean, nice bathroom one of the nicest we've had in 7weeks of travel through Asia - amenities included. We organised laundry, scooters, bus tickets etc with mr.quin, all perfect affordable and simple - no hassles. Breakfast was included in our $12 aud p/night stay and it was delicious. Some of the best we've had where breaky has been included. Big serving, cooked on the spot for you. We on average spend $15- $25 p/n while bavkpacking and In our experience this place definately exceeded our expectations, and we'd be more than happy to visit again!!
