I would have only given the apartment four stars due to some minor issues, but they were fixed so swiftly by the reception that the extra star is for that service alone. The location is amazing! So close to everything that we didn’t use our car at all. Everything is available at the apartment; towels, coffee, shampoo - all you need from a hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming city and perfect stay …

The city of Hamburg is a must visit. What made the short trip even better was our stay in Eric Vökel Hamburg Suites. The warm welcome from Glen, Thorsten, Alejandra already made a good start to the stay. The apartments are so well furnished equipped makes you feel right at home. If you don’t want to prepare your own meals you have plenty of restaurant choices. The location is perfect for the train towards airport, shopping or just to reach the touristic walk and scene. Thank you for making the trip so enjoyable.

Great service at the front desk, and an excellent location. Apartment was clean, attractively decorated, and a joy to stay in - the kitchen and toilet facilities were excellent. Blackout curtains in the bedroom are a fantastic touch.

This apartment hotel is only 5 minutes from Hamburg HBF. We had a room in the back, very quiet. Complete kitchen, seating area, and everything you needfor a short stay in Hamburg. Very clean, very friendly personnel, although they are there only during the day. Don't expect a hotel - it is do it yourself, but in the best way!

The apartment was compact but right in the centre of Hamburg near the station. It was clean and well equiped. The staff were friendly and the washing machine was useful. There is also a dishwasher. We had 2 bedrooms and a mini lounge / kitchen. The shower was good too. There was no parking available so we used a nearby car-park which was secure but expensive. You can walk to the Rathaus, main shops and the lake
