Because of Coronawirus pandemic we couldn't drive into Hamburg Bundesland and all hotels were closed for guests. So we didn't have any opportunity to come to this hotel, but our reservation was cancelled, and we didn't get any refund. The hotel refused also to postpone our visit to other term. In my opinion this is very unfair, because all this situation weren't our fault. Communication with this hotel is also very difficult.

Due to travel restrictions hostels is closed for tourists, what means they cannot host me but still they don't want to refund money. I conntaced them many times - on reception desk they confirm they closed but to get refund I must e-mail "office" (not sure why I cannot talk via phone) when they do not answer on those messages

We have booked a stay for a week, but we've arrived 5 min after check in period. They refused to accomodate us, but promised, that we can come the next day. After we came there they refused us again, stated that they've already sold our room to somebody else and even charged us a full price as a "NO SHOW". They didn't even returned us money! Terrible experience!!!

Not bad, they have warm and beautiful rooms but there isn’t any other facilities such as restaurant, the rooms didn't have. tissue or Electric Kettle. If you don't want to stay at hotel this hotel is great for you.

Bad service, we have booked and talk with the hotel we could pay cash the Day we arrive, for 1 month ago. The Day before we should arrive, they told us they have delete our reservation to someone Else. Dont ever book here!
