We took a sea view room were we enjoyed the beautiful view on the beach, the room is comfortable but it was missing towels and we had to wait for quite some time to get it. We enjoyed the food near to swimming pool but not too many choices on the menu.

The beach resort should be revamped to be indicated as 5 star hotel. The cleaning do some areas must be improved as in the restaurant for the breakfast and half board. The personnel is very supportive and always available.

We stayed in the hotel for a wedding event as a group and Brooke few rooms . The hotel is clean ,in excellent location but service was Staff were not friendly at at all and unprofessional at front disk . The air conditioning was not working properly. The breakfast selection was very good but waiters were very busy and not helpful. We ended up canceling last day as we could not tolerate the bad service

Some efforts are being made, but definitely not up to the level of 5 star hotel: basic food, common area not cooled enough, poor cleanliness of the pool, services very slow, pool restaurant very expensive for a poor quality, old towels, dirty pool chairs, etc. This hotel can be a good 3 stars.

Had the worst vacation ever!

My husband decided to book me 5/nights at this hotel as a getaway vacation with my kids to relax, starting from the arrival wasn't as shown in the pictures except for the bedroom area. The A/C wasn't working had to call the maintenance 3 times until I tipped them to make it colder from the main panel. I did not get complimentary water or fruits like other suites in respectful hotels, the room did not have towels, shampoo, or hygiene kit, and I had to ask them for hangers and the minibar was empty I had to go to the market to buy some snacks and water to the kids. Each time I speak in Arabic or English they reply in French so I ask them nicely to speak to me in Arabic since we are all Arab many of the employees refuse to do so and they continue speaking to me in french which I can not understand. I found that they treated their “western and Tunisia guests” better than the rest. However, last night at lunch I was asked to pay my bill in cash which I did not have at the time and the hotel does not provide an ATM, so I asked them to charge it to my room they refused after a long discussion they agreed to charge it to my room. Later I went to the front desk to clarify the incident they said I have to keep a “1000 dinars” deposit and I was like “ you have my credit card!!” so they said: ( ooh! Yes you can charge whatever to your room no problem). This morning I went to the buffet for breakfast I asked the waiter for a bottle of water and he yelled at me and offended me in front of tens of guests ( either you pay now or you won't get your water) the supervisor can to apologize but I left in tears, I asked for an early checkout I couldn't handle to stay one more night. The first and last time to visit this place ever again! P.S: they ran out of Coke! This property doesn’t deserve to be called a hotel or the stars.
