Low score due to parking trouble and bad room cleaning

First, the room itself was spacious and nice, the space outside was a big success. But, upon arrival, believing we had a parking spot in the basement, it was VERY annoying to stay with the car in a very narrow down-headed space in front of a closed fence, having to back the car up, all sensors screaming. Trying to call the un-manned hotel just gave an instruction to change some url we never found out what was about. The saying on the web that "we are there for you" might be true, we just never found them. So, all in all, had to move the car to some park house and pay €18. To be fair, we later found that parking at the hotel would have been an additional 12.50€ so the real difference is just 5.50€ + a quick stroll to the park house. Cleaning in the room lacked a bit with 2 spider webs, 1 from the air condition, 1 near the toilet entrance. But, once again let me state that the room itself was really nice.

Nice place and in the center og Hannover. Very close to everything. Shops, restaurant, sightseeing and the train station. Nice clean rooms and breakfast is great. Parking in garage is nice. Very nice stay

there was no possibility of getting credit for an erroneously booked night, effectively doubling the room rate. staff said they would contact the manager, but gave me the run-around for months. i gave up.

Not What it Should be For the Price

4 floor walkup with very small rooms. Location OK but this is not worth the price they charge. No safe - and no phone which means no wake-up call. Staff tried to make up for what the hotel did not provide. They actually walked up the 4 floors to knock on the door in the morning. One of two Design hotels on our trip and this one did not measure up.

The hotel is a bit tucked away in the centre of hannover but is well equipped and comfortable. The interior is modern and the rooms provide everything needed. Breakfast buffet was well organized and provided a wide assortment of food. Location is good, train station takes about 20 minutes on foot.
