This place was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I called to book a room for a family wedding and the man at the front desk messed up my reservation and charged me for a room I didn’t stay in. I called to confirm my reservation for the wedding and they said I had a room. When I got there on the day of the wedding they had no room for me. I had to pay for ANOTHER room that was disgustingly dirty. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana and the AC barely worked. I called to get my money for the room I didn’t stay in refunded and they kept telling me that management was going to call. I haven’t heard from them since. Total rip-off and total dump of a hotel. Don’t stay here!

The place needs to be cleaned. Service was not good. No hot water. Even the common areas were not clean. On top of that they overcharged me and would not give a refund. Overall rating would be poor. I would never stay there again.

Wonderful stay and awesome customer service. I didn’t like that there’s no elevator and my phone had cigarette ashes.

Wonderful stay and awesome customer service. I didn’t like that there’s no elevator in the building, and my phone had cigarette ashes around the telephone console and receiver. My bed was clean and comfortable. The refrigerator was clean. The overall comfort and peaceful atmosphere was sublime. I had an awesome stay and plan to return.

Nice hotel but beware of noise

Kids running and jumping on above floors and adults of these kids having a party in the parking lot until 3am. Hotel staff said they patrol the floors for noise, but that is hard to believe. Wish they would be more honest that they don’t patrol the floors.

Lack of service, rooms are disgusting, and overly priced for a run down hotel that does not provide any amenities to enjoy. Employees occupy rooms so there is no reason for anyone to wait 15 minutes for someone to come and check you in, put the crack pipe down and back get to work!
