Perfeito.

I had a wonderful experience here! The staff was super friendly, both when I checked in and when I checked out. There was hot food at breakfast, happy hour in the evening, and late night snacks near the front desk. The room was spacious, clean and inviting I would DEFINITELY stay here again!
Abysmal excuse for a Hilton product, do not waste you money.

This hotel is an abysmal excuse for an Embassy Suites and should not be allowed to be affiliated with the Hilton brand in any way.
When I checked in online I selected a different room to what I was assigned with the digital key. I checked in the night prior for an early morning arrival at the hotel and, when I got to the room, 510, all appeared to be normal. This changed shortly after I removed my shoes to change in order to go for breakfast.
When I walked on the carpet between the living room and bedroom, I immediately got wet socks. Upon investigation I discovered that the sink in the bar top was leaking and this hotels response to this was to put a small drywall compound bucket under the leak, which had overflowed out, under the door, onto the carpet.
When I alerted the front desk to this fact, the clerk working, who was far more interested in the personal telephone call she was having via her earbuds, told me that someone would be up to look at it.
When I returned to my room after breakfast, nobody had been, the bucket was still overflowing and the carpet was still wet.
I returned to the front desk and again asked where maintenance was, at which point I was told that he was ‘looking at something in the pool’ and ‘I will get him to come and have a look’, with an attitude that I had greatly disturber her again.
When maintenance arrived, the solution was to use a vacuum cleaner to pull some of the water out of the rug, empty and replace the bucket and provide a fan to dry the rug. When I questioned him about the leak, he stated that it had been occurring since the previous week but the supervisor was on vacation and that it would need a plumber to fix, but no plumber had been called.
At no point did the front desk clerk offer to change my room, which would have been the proper response to the situation.
That afternoon I approached a different clerk at the desk, as I had another reservation at the hotel for the following weekend and asked that under no circumstances I be assigned room 510 as it was, in fact, uninhabitable.
At this point I was offered a different room, 516, which I accepted.
When I arrived in room 516 I discovered that it was a handicap accessible room, with a large, sliding door, for the bathroom. This door, upon arrival, was only partially open and, when I tried to open it further, I found that it was no longer on the track on the top, at all and, was in fact, just sitting on the carpet. It required me placing my back against the one side of the door frame and pushing with both legs in order to get the door open to the point where I did not have to enter the bathroom sideways (I am 6’ 2”, 220lbs).
This is not acceptable maintenance and, when I decided to cancel my stay for the following weekend, I was charged for one night because the hotel claims that I cancelled inside the cancellation deadline, even though not only did I file a complaint with Hilton regarding the previous stay, the hotel changed the room I had booked from a King to two Double beds.
I have filed and will continue to file complaints about these two stays with Hilton until management at this hotel accepts accountability for the abysmal conditions in this hotel and the front desk staff, who are possibly the rudest and most incompetent that I have ever encountered in my history of staying with Hilton are terminated.
This hotel should be stripped of its name of Embassy Suites and Hilton should terminate any and all partnership with this hotel.

Happy hour was closed and pool was closed even though website said nothing about either. I chose this hotel for both of these options and would have chosen different hotel if I knew they were both closed.
Stay was ok.

This stay didn’t go as expected. When we checked in my key nor did my digital key work. Went to front desk 3 times then they finally sent a technician to change the battery in the door. I get it no problem! I’m not sure if they were just short staffed but when requesting new towels or anything that was needed for the room it would take several hours. Seemed as if the staff wasn’t moving with a sense of urgency, other guests staying during this time agreed and the rooms were not really clean to begin with. Shower was definitely not clean either which was a huge turnoff for my wife so, let’s just say I got an ear full about that. Although the breakfast staff were very hard working and made sure all guests who were eating were being taken care of, we appreciated that! Overall, we have stayed at quite a few Embassy hotels and this one just was not a great experience for us. Not to mention paying $150 per night, we just expected to have a memorable stay since it was such a great weekend. I hope this location can improve on these certain things and make it better for future guests.
