Bom atendimento
Foi muito bom lá. Tudo muito limpo e o atendimento foi legal. A piscina está grande com muito espaço e limpinha. Comida muito não é bem feita. O clima do quarto és legal e eu quero voltar lá o ano próximo Obrigado
Junto a Havana com praia
Hotel acolhedor,quartos com o necessario para uma estadia confortavel, ginasio pequeno com algumas maquinas suficientes para trabalhar a forma. Piscina central boa e bem cuidada. Maioria do staff do hotel muito simpaticos e atenciosos. Na Qualidade do tudo incluido (restauraequer estare bares) dou uma nota intermedia, sendo a qualidade e servico razoaveis. Fantatica a praia junto a este hotel (alguns metros), e o hotel ainda nos oferece as activides nauticas disponiveis,como o catamaran e passeios de gaivota. A cerca de 30 minutos de Havana e a melhor escolha para quem quer estar perto de Havana e usufruir de uma praia muito boa. Os pontos menos bons deste hotel sao a falta de internet,na altura em que la estive estavam a instalar, e a deficiente limpeza da praia ao fim de semana.
Lovely stay
This little resort is a great get away, especially if you have already been to Cuba, and you want a change from Varadero while also being close to Havana. It is limited in some features, but it certainly is made up by the staff who are incredibly friendly and accommodating. If you want a clean decent place to stay with access to a great beach that provides kilometres and kilometres of walking, then this is a resort to consider. It is an older resort and is showing some signs of wear and tear. However, it is well maintained and there are signs that renovations are occurring to improve the grounds and buildings. The room was quite spacious with a really nice bathroom area with a big shower. The only drawback is that there are no patios on the second floor, but the patio doors still allow you to still hear the ocean all night if you are located close to the beach area. Most resorts we have stayed at in Cuba required us to get up early and do the traditional “these are my patio chairs” with the beach towels. It was unnecessary at this resort. There were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach, regardless of what time we went down. The same applied to the pool. In fact, on good beach days the pool area was practically empty. The food is the standard fare that most resorts in Cuba offer. The resort has no a la carte restaurants, but the buffet was decent with choices of different meats and fish along with salad options, rice, potatoes and a solid selection of desserts. If you tire of the food at the resort there are restaurants in the local town that are accessible in many ways. We opted to walk and came back at night and never felt unsafe or threatened. Getting into Havana is also pretty easy as the resort offers a bus service every day that travels back and forth to Havana until early evening for a nominal fee (especially compared to taking a cab). I must mention the staff again, because they were impressive. From the bartenders, security officers, chambermaids, receptionists, servers or gardeners, they were all nice, and I would say one of the friendliest staff of any resort we have stayed at in Cuba. A great resort with some limitations, but certainly makes up for it through its location, staff and beautiful beach.
Excellent Property
I went to Havana from my 36th birthday and I stayed at this property. I was pleasantly surprised, it was an excellent Hotel, and the staff was amazing. It was clean, the all-inclusive beverage selection was quality, and the food was delightful. I will send all of my friends and family here in the future. I loved my room including the location, the size, and the amenities. The room has both 220 and 110 voltage. My room was located closest to the private beach, and there's a very nice Beach at this property. Last but not least, the general manager Abel was the most professional and competent manager that I have ever experienced. (I worked in a Marriott Hotel chain for 10-years so I understand the variations of general managers properties can posses). Abel was detailed oriented and anything and everything I requested was served to me on a silver platter. Any issues that I had that was outside of the control of the hotel, the general manager also attempted to resolve. He went above and beyond because he genuinely cares about his responsibilities and his guests.
Two weeks of fun fun fun
We really enjoyed staying here due to the distance from Havana. Our rooms were large and cool and very clean. The staff were very attentive and kind. Especially the concierges at the front. Some of the shows were quite entertaining. The bar inside and outside always made us feel comfortable and welcome. Great espresso at the bar. Got a gin martini which was great and taught them how to make it. Food was ok. They overcooked a lot of it but I did find some delectable offerings every day. Big shout out to Nellie and Simone!! And so many great travellers that we met. You both are amazing and so helpful. We loved meeting you. Big warm hugs all around !! Hope to see you all soon
