Great place to stop off before San Francisco
I’ve read all the reviews here and didn’t experience many of the issues. The place was comfortable, the room was tidy and well equipped with a coffee machine and a large television. The breakfast was excellent too!
Pretty Terrible All Around
Thinnest walls in the universe, I can't believe how loud the room next to me was. Sketchy people throughout the parking lot. Tripadvisor says they have a pool and they are a "bed and breakfast". There is no pool and no breakfast, I think they classified themselves as that so they aren't the worst ranked hotel in the city. This place is embarrassing.
TERRIBLE - DO NOT BOOK
Terrible - smelly, dirty and loud. The last straw was seeing bugs! I stayed 10 min and paid a $70 fair to the nearest "decent" hotel room 20 miles away. I would have paid more and could NOT get out fast even.
DON'T DO IT!!!
Our family didn't feel safe in this hotel. The room was dirty, not very secure lock on the door and I didn't sleep very well because of all the noise. The customer service wasn't even there. I think people permanently live there .... will never go back there again!
Poor planning on my part
Ok to start off with my planning or lack of planning brought me to this motel at midnight I am on a 5000 mile Journey with my grandchildren we are choosing the trip by flipping a coin we have not had trouble finding motels until we got to San Francisco and did not feel like spending seven or eight hundred dollars a night for a bed. After 10 hours of driving I was just exhausted and we looked for the closest thing that had a vacancy. At $150 I thought it was a bit overpriced by $100. You had to check in through the bulletproof glass and little slide tray but it was late at night and I was too tired to care. After checking in I was trying to shuttle three children into the room as quick as possible when the management got into a huge fight with another tenant over towels and it appeared to me that the night manager open the front door and just threw the towels out on the ground. The room had an overpowering disinfectant smell I suppose that's good but... wow. So I guess if you can put up with the screaming of your neighbors the noise from the street when a very unhappy manager then you might be happy here
