NO ROOMS AFTER PAYMENT TO BOOKINGS.COM

Paid and had a confirmation #, however upon arrival, no rooms were available! I was out of cash and ended up sleeping in a laundry mat as I used a Taxi to get there. My card was charged, even though they had NO ROOMS! Don't use booking.com!

It was nice on outside, but once to room , we opened the cabinet under sink it completely, just fell out, the bathroom toilet was not bolted down, could lift it right off, 6 inches of trash under bed where housekeeping swept it there bed had crumbs of something, that was felt after pulling covers back, TV wouldn't come on cause all outlets in sleeping area are off. We had to get extention cord They said we need 50.00 pet deposit, whe we left they wouldn't return our pet deposit, said that's the cost of the stay for pets. Never stay there shady people outside all hours of night police on nightly call to respond the place was the pit dirty cabinets, burn holes in blankets, our total cost for 15 hrs. 129.00 including made up pets price. Do-not-ever-stay at Host Inn suites Hazelwood Missouri. Not even 1 half star believe me.

We got this hotel on a blind booking site and when we checked in we were told there was no overnight security and the door knobs had been removed on outside of all doors except the one with the camera which is unlocked. The room was gross cigarettes burns in linen and dressers. No kitchen amenities like microwave or fridge. There was a party in the hallway was teenagers who looked like they lived there. The website which I’ve used 150 times in the last 2 years immediately removed them From the website and moved up free of charge to the extended stay near by which is well worth the money. Do not stay here it is a first 48 episode in the making.
