The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, specially Patrick, this was one of the reason I booked in this hotel once again, room is functional, with a great desk that has plenty of space ,Parking was close to the door the elevator

It would have been fine but the manager on duty Friday night was flat out rude! The breakfast was great and the ladies that were working there were super nice. I was disappointed with the bathroom. There was some moldy spots in the floor near the bathtub and the toilet ran the entire time we were there.

Great place to stay in the northwest suburbs of Chicago! Right off I-90 at the Barrington Road exit. Modern, functional and clean guest rooms. Lot of parking. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel!

The only thing I can be pleased about it, is the breakfast. They make a really good breakfast. But besides that, the service is awful. Cleaning services is really bad (unacceptable), the way staff service treat you is unprofessional (they really need to learn how to behave and talk to customer).

This 1 star is the perfect rating for this very very very very very very very very very very very veryless than acceptable stay, Let’s get started, came w/o a reservation/spur the moment stay for the road weary. We arrived about 10:30-10:45 am. Was greeted by a younger lady Kayla, hope I spelled it correctly. She was very nice, polite, and swift. I’d say check-in took 5 minutes or less which was nice cause my wife and her sister we dead tired. Headed to room and was the furthest possible(last) room on floor 2, Room 249 from the entrance. Then after being im the room 10-15 minutes I was deflecting/defending the room. But then come to find out our room has a gaping hole where the refrigerator is to be. That was it fir the 2 ladies. So after our long walk(5-6 minutes) to the room and a debate about the room itself, about 35 minutes after leaving front desk I called to see if we can cancel our stay. Answer was no no no no, then I asked if it could be partial, and that a HARD NO as well. So the ladies left to get another room at another hotel. Hading know I stuck paying for this room I stayed. Only nice employee was Patrick the night time guy. I left for 3-4 hour in the evening to get dinner and a few other things w/ my wife and sister in law. I got back around midnight, and passes out. Got ou 7:45, went down for included breakfast, it was better than I had expected. Breakfast was really only bright spot here. Then I checked out a little Before 8am, note early check-out. Gave back my 2 card keys. wad handed bill and never mentioned at check- in ot at my check-out, just slid in a $50 early check in fee. Dirty dirty dirty dirty dirty business. I made a stink about and was told by nasty Wendy that she needed to speak w: Kayla the gal that checked me in, but she wasn’t going to call her this early. Not really acceptable it was told by We day that she leaves at 5:00, and at or just 1:00pm she’d get back to me. Tic tok tick tok tick tok, so about 2:30 I followed up. The employee who answered after I asked for Wendy and gave my name, that employee said Wendy will call me back- ok. Then about 4:30 I called again, asked for Wendy, and was told she left early for the day due to an altercation I’m the lobby….. hmmmm actually kinda believable w/ the attitude of Wendy. So a complete washout of getting it handled that day, and as we all know all too well the chances of the right thing being done decreases tremendously unfortunately. So no call, missed call of any kind, so at 12:21 I called to follow up yet again ask for Wendy, held for a few moment then she picked up. Went on offensive that Kayla tells each and every customer she has ever dealt with and never once failed to mention fee. Lie! My check-in no a mention of any kind to do w/ early anything, NONE. After saying how unpleased I was w/ the result, I was honest a said that I work at a car dealer and unfortunately I’d have share my experience meaning bad online reviews to be posted, Manager Wendy then rebuttals they have a way of removing those, and that she would contact the police as well. I do not know the law, but I’m 99.999999999999% sure that’s just an unveiled threat. Just Wow!!!!!! Wendy should be able to be let out of her cage, and yes I said cage in the back to talk to any people staying at the hotel. She has zero interest in assisting, instead gets off on just the opposite- just wrong way to do business in the hospitality industry, need to seek a work at home type of profession, and if out of house my suggestion of the perfect fit be a morgue orderly or a funeral home as make up artist. This is not your calling Wendy you are very unhappy in life and try to drag all others to the bad place which is Wendy from waking up till going to bed. I hope Corporate Country Inn an Suites by Radisson read this am w/ their current, lowly review rating of just 3.5, and get a replacement into there within the week. Radisson stop the bleeding, apply the tourniquet
